The therapist was ok but I felt that the room used for the treatment was not ideally set up for a completely comfortable pedicure. Experience.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt you didn't have a comfortable pedicure experience, we do not have the facility for specific pedicure chairs. Clean and lovely ambience with friendly staffs. This is my first ever micropeel session. Shen was very friendly and made ne understand the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. My skin feels great after the session! Can notice a visible smoothness and glow. Thanks Skin clinic at Urban Spa adn Shen for this wonderful experience. I have booked the next session too!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at urban spa. I had my eyebrows waxed (even though I booked threading on their website). I was told 30 mins before that it was waxing but I was already on my way. During the appointment the therapist caused a lot of pain during the wax and took off too much, leaving my eyebrows a strange shape. After the appointment my eyebrows were very painful and I woke up with two big burns on both my eyebrows which have now caused scabs and I hope will not scar! I won’t be coming back.
