I was annoyed because my children gave me a voucher for £ 50 . I wanted to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and asked what else you could do for me within the value of the voucher. You told me I could have a facial, so I booked in for both. After the facial I was told I had to pay another £15. The cost of treatments should be made clear, and I should have been told that the eyebrow tint and facial would cost a lot more than the value of the voucher. Now I have had to cancel the eyebrow tint( which was really all I wanted done)

It was the very best. Iyva is very experienced, thorough and attentive…and the foot massage…. well that was soooo good! I will be back!! A back massage too maybe. Thanks Iyva.

Can’t recommend Victoria highly enough for waxing - especially Hollywoods! So professional, she makes you feel immediately at ease. * NB: Urban Spa also offer hot wax for this treatment which a lot of salons don’t.

I had a facial which was amazing leaving me feeling relaxed and floating on air, after 2 sessions my skin has improved 100% people have noticed the difference, I left it to Iyva to advise me which she did, very experienced and a lovely person I fully recommend this salon if you are serious about improving your complexion.

I had my eyelashes with Victoria and massage with Iyva. Bot we absolutely amazing. Friendly , professional and helpful. Loved my eyelashes and the massage was perfect. Exactly the correct pressure and mostly it’s never enough. Cannot praise these two ladies up enough. Truly an asset to you.

Amazing pedicure from Ivya- one of the best I’ve had. My feet feel amazing. The only critique I have is: I was uncomfortable in the box room I was in as I was used to being on a couch before and it was not relaxing to sit for an hour holding my leg up on Ivya’s lap to stop my back and hip aching. I have spoken to them about it and it has been added to my account not to use that room again for me for a pedicure. To add to that, my feedback has been immediately noted for future pedicures so response to feedback has been considered promptly. Definitely recommend this spa.

Had a Swedish full body massage on the 16th of April and was by far the best massage I have ever had, I have been going to urban spa for numerous years now and this is by far the best one I have had as always the guys and girls at Urban spa make you feel welcome and there is no rush to anything which is lovely as you are a boy essentially to relax, absolutely brilliant start to my day thank you urban spa and also a very special shout out to Iyva, Who I would highly recommend for massages she is absolutely brilliant thank you.
