Shauna will explain what she is doing and why, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. Shauna discusses different treatment options with a huge amount of knowledge and training behind her. I had a Dermalogica facial with Shauna this morning and my skin has never felt better - As always the spa is immaculate and the staff friendly and welcoming. Shauna recommended a skincare regime for me to start but I was not pressured into purchasing any products immediately which I really appreciate. Thank you again to all at Urban Spa!

I had an amazing treatment last night at Urban Spa - an Indian head massage with the lovely Sanyukat. It was so relaxing, relieving all the stress and tension from work. She was so kind and used the perfect pressure - the oils smelt amazing!

This is definitely the best place in Bishops Stortford and surrounding areas for all beauty services. I visit Sanyukat frequently to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted and she always gets them to their best and most natural shape. I highly recommend ?
