Georgie is absolutely fantastic. She took my dull and lifeless hair and made it look brilliant. I went from a browny orange to a wonderful blonde baylage and I love it!! She also did the most wonderful cut!!

Friendly atmosphere, had to change my appointment day to my morning birthday as not enough staff.
Lauren did great job, lovely colour but was little but disappointed as had my rounded bday and she didn't even offer any bday discount.

I was initially seen by A young lady named Lauren for a consultation ( balayage). It was discussed what I wanted, colour test was done and a small deposit 10% requested (which would go towards final bill). Perfectly professional and friendly; all requests/expectations discussed fully. My appointment for Balayage was followed through the next day by Georgie. Georgie proved to be very artistic, quite a perfectionist and obviously took pride in her work, which was evident from outcome. Every step was explained to me in detail. Needless to say, I was quite happy with outcome. I recommend Georgie happily and her young protege Lauren was a delight also. Happy Days ladies. Thank you ??

However, very disappointed that Olaplex has been replaced by the Redken pH Bonder treatment. I’m of the understanding that the Redken treatment does not work in the same way as Olaplex (Protects rather than repairs and strengthens the disulphide sulphur bonds).

Thank you for leaving a rewiev. We are at Essensuals always looking at bettering ouselfes and we do have something you migt have not heard of called Snapshot Damage Control which does repair the bonds in your hair. Along with this we also have Redken heatcure which takes up to 1 year damage away from disstressed hair .
Unfortunatly this knowledge was not available to my colleauges as training has been delayed.
To conpensate you for our lack of delivery on your service we would LOVE to offer a FREE TREATMENT with Snapshot Damage control treatment.
