Always love my visit to Cedars. Had a really good shampoo by Lauren. Never disappointed with my cut with DJ, he's not scissor happy and always tells me how much he thinks we should cut to keep my hair in the best shape and condition.
I had my hair cut & coloured today with Lucy who is always fantastic!! Thank you so much for making my hair look fabulous. Was lovely to be back in Cedars. Thank you! Clara x

I wasn’t happy with the way my hair was washed. I asked for a good scrub knowing that my hair needed it and my hair wasn’t washed underneath. My stylist had to rewash my hair!

The salon is perfectly set up and adhering to all COVID precautions.
The staff appeared friendly and also professional. Both my daughter and I had our hair cut and blow dried by DJ the owner and we are both delighted with the cut and blow dry also. We both commented on how our hair feels fantastic after the cut and blow dry, he did not rush and appeared to be very attentive and professional in how he cuts hair.
We will definitely be returning to Cedars.

Excellent reception (all staff were visors & masks) . Wash (including requested head massage) thorough. Lovely to chat to DJ whilst he styled my hair as requested . In all, a totally positive experience. - safe, secure.

My first visit to Cedars this morning, and i wasnt disappointed. I felt confident inside the salon due to the excellent hygiene. Much appreciation to Rodney for improving my lock down hair colour. This is the first time I have been to Cedar’s and it’s definitely going to become my local. Lucie who did my hair was fantastic - she listened to what I wanted from the beginning and was really personable. Nice staff and my hair looks amazing! Definitely recommend.
I had a full head of highlights and lowlights with Danielle. She did a great job and really took care over it making sure it was exactly what I wanted.
Just had my 2nd full body massage with Aleena, she is literally incredible can’t wait to book another one!
Friendly and professional
My 17 year old daughter had her hair dyed today by Danielle. What can I say, it looks fantastic. Danielle is an incredible colourist, she listens to what you want, advises with her extensive experience (so which colour would suit skin tone, etc...) and has infinite patience. Her charges are very reasonable and good value too.
My daughter loves her pink hair and despite my reservations I love it as well. If you want to get your hair coloured/bleached/dyed ask for Danielle. : )
Enjoy getting my highlights done and blowdry. Found the whole morning really relaxing! The salon has been refurbished and looked really fresh.

First time visiting Cedars, it seems staff tried to contact me to delay my appointment but unfortunately they had made an error with my telephone number, therefore I did not receive text and turned up on time for my appointment, however, salon was extremely apologetic and very kindly offered me a complimentary beauty treatment while I waited, what absolutely wonderful customer care especially in these difficult times and they went one step further and gave me a complimentary blow dry after having my hair highlighted. I will definitely be back. Thankyou.
Hair was nice, but overcharged more than £100 of what they said on the phone (which was £130). Seemed to be taking advantage, no breakdown of the cost. Disappointing because the job was well done but the pricing and lack of explanation was ridiculous
Service and stylist great but the customer next to me did not wear a mask. I know it’s not the law but in that environment with hairdryers blowing germs in other directions they should make it a policy of the salon. Equally the customer could spread to their stylist whose shield did not cover her face fully and then she spread to others. Very disappointing. There should also be pre visit info like other salons are doing. My hair was not booked for a cut despite me booking it and her reading it back in the phone and this meant my stylist did another customer in between my colour and cut which again other salons are not doing. My stylist was great at sterilising her equipment though

As Mellissa did not know me and how I like my hair. She spent time discussing my hair style with. Absolutely love my hair and would definitely go back to Cedars and Mellissa. 5 stars.

Warm friendly reception when I arrived. The salon has been fully refurbished and looks great. Extra care taken throughout my visit for social distancing and cleanliness and felt very safe. As usual a great colour, cut and blow dry by Jo.
Despite these difficult times the service as usual was excellent. All precautions are in place either the constant cleaning all around. Of coarse the hair cut as always was excellent from DJ very highly recommended why would you go elsewhere ? Cedars should always be your first choice!
