Jenny was my stylist however not on the list. She has been cutting my hair at Hatchend for many years and I came to Bushey because of Jenny and Chloe (for my colour). They are both amazing and are the best in the business.

Once again, since the merger, no water pressure, water temperature cold, you can see the stress on the staff right from the washers which takes them longer to do their job, which then causes a back log at the sinks which in turn delays the hair stylist’s agenda etc… I have been coming to you for approximate 15 years, every 4/5 weeks for colour cut and blow. Needless to say my time in the salon is longer, (more parking fees) and the whole experience is not as enjoyable to say the least even though prices have increased which I totally understand. In my opinion, there are too many people booked in at the same time, good for you, not for the customer. Please understand, the staff are great, it’s not their fault. Management need to review best practice ASAP or long term loyal customers like myself will go elsewhere and word will carry on spreading about negative experiences. I have been going to Sam for many years and have always been very happy with the way she does my hair. I am always getting compliments about my colour and she is always friendly and I've known her nearly all the time she has been in hairdressing

I’ve been going to Sam for many years and she’s lovely and friendly. She knows my hair and if I want a change we talk it through first but I trust her judgement. I always come out of the salon looking a million times better than when I walked in, and get many compliments from friends.

I go to Hobbs in Bushey Heath to get my hair coloured by the lovely Sam. I’ve been going to Sam for years now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s really thinks things through and is detailed in what she does. Not only is Sam a lovely person but very importantly she’s an amazing colourist. Sam is always open to suggestions and will gently guide you in the right direction as needed.
I always have a very positive customer experience at Hobbs, all of the staff are welcoming and accommodating.

After returning from my holiday my hair was a little flat and dull in colour Emma just worked her magic and brung my hair back to life blending the colours perfectly she’s an amazing lady she knows just what I like and I know I’m in safe hands when she does my hair the salon has such a nice friendly vibe and you know you will walk out loving the results
