I had previously had my colour done the previous week which had resulted in my colour being much too dark. I complained and fixed an appointment. Kristina fixed the problem at no charge

I felt really welcomed walking into the salon, it has a nice friendly atmosphere. Jane chatted to me about what I wanted. The hair washing was wonderful, feet up, choice of shampoo and conditioner and a head massage. Pure bliss!!

Jacki always seems to know what to do with my hair. I leave the salon not only looking like a new woman but feeling like one. You cannot underestimate the positive effects of a great haircut.
Didn’t have a great experience at the salon in bushey! Had krystina start my hair and she was lovely but had to leave half way through for personal reasons which was okay but she passed me over to her manager that was very rude! My hair didn’t turn out anything like if asked for and at the end she said that if I want to get it re done i had to either come back and book back in or I had to wait for her to do a cut and blowdry first! I then had to leave the salon and go and spend more money on paying someone else to re bleach it and finishing the job that was started! Such a shame as I know a lot of people that would have gone there if they done a good job! Wish I could upload pictures so you could see what I left with and as a hairdresser/barber myself I wouldn’t have let my client leave the shop like that!

Jane cut my hair when the salon reopened in April 2021 and I have kept booking with her since. She is friendly and listens to what the customer asks for. This time round she suggested a style and I was very happy with it. The hairwash/massage before my haircut was relaxing, and nice to be served a tea as well. Overall Hob Bushey is well worth the extra money than just going to a barber and I'll keep coming back.
