My visit to the salon on Saturday 14th of September was made abit stressful by the salon running out of serum
& in all honesty I didn’t want the ting remains of the bottle applied to my hair because it could have been ‘oily sap’.
The salon should have anticipated the styling needs for the next day & visited a local
Wholesalers or purchased a brand from
Boots.

My hair was perfectly done but my only disappointment was that this time quite unfriendly with the fact that I had kids with me. Comments made that they were "in the way and my pushchair was in the way because people were working" just felt not very welcoming.

Being diagnosed with breast cancer last year and losing my hair was a traumatic experience. I had always been a natural blonde but when my hair grew back after chemo it was a browny/grey colour. I waited 8 months to get it dyed but unfortunately I didn’t like my new colour. A browny/red. I made an appointment with Chloe for a consultation having never seen her before as I read she had great reviews. She was able to transform my hair to a bleached blonde. I felt more like myself for the first time since losing my hair! I went back to Chloe when my roots started coming through. I wasn’t sure what she would be able to do but she put low lights on and I absolutely love the colour now!It’s a mixture of different blondes which is what I’ve been all my life and I’m finally feeling more like my old self since losing my hair! Thank you so much Chloe. I can’t recommend you enough!! Plus all the staff in the salon were so lovely and caring! 5*’s all around!
