Thank you for taking the time to share your honest opinion of your experience at our salon. We value all feedback and we are glad to know that you consider us to be a good salon.
We understand your concerns about the attentiveness of our staff - this is not what we strive for. We aim to provide the highest level of customer service and comfort to make each visit enjoyable and relaxing. We apologize if this has not been the case for you.
We understand that some of our staff members have not been attentive, and we appreciate your feedback so that we can work out what needs to be improved. We will use your comments to make sure that everyone receives the quality of care they deserve.
