I booked with Elise for a keratin treatment. She was professional yet friendly from start to finish.
I can’t comment on other staff but if Elise is anything to go by then o suspect all the girls are fab.

First time in your Salon,and I was greeted with,can I take your coat and would you like a drink,and a smile.Then Elise was so lovely and friendly, she gave me a lovely shampoo and massage,it was just what I needed.She then gave me a lovely cut and blow dry and I will certainly be back. Lauren was lovely, efficient and gave me a super haircut.

The staff were friendly and I felt I had a good hair cut but the ambience of the salon left much to be desired. It needs a good clean and some maintenance. So although nothing wrong with the service or hair cut, or cost I will not be returning.

I can highly recommend Lauren for a child haircut. She is very kind, patient and cut my child’s hair exactly as asked.

First I wasn’t happy with my daughters hair cut but then they patiently did the job and finally me and my daughter got happy 😊

This was my second visit and must say I am very pleased to find a saloon I could recommend to everyone.
Very Friendly atmosphere; love complimentary head massage which I give 5 star.
Very good cut which I can manage myself; love my new colour with delicate highlights to compliment the entire look.

Very impressed with stylist who was an apprentice. Thought i would have preferred someone qualified but agreed to apprentice as only appointment available. No different result to haircuts I've had in the past with stylists with 20+ years experience. Very happy!

Had a wet cut

The cut was to correct a previous disastrous cut from another salon. I had tried to grow it out for 10 months and my ends were very dry

Lauren did an excellent job and I left feeling good which is the most important thing

Will be back in 10 weeks for the final corrections

The most helpful salon I have ever used

First time for both treatments. Rachel talked me through each stage, explaining what she was doing and agreeing colour/shape. I am very pleased with the result. The salon is comfortable. One less star on atmosphere because on another visit the music was very loud.

Salon 41 is an excellent salon. The staff are super friendly and Maria is a brilliant stylist.

My daughter loved her hair it at Salon 41. All the staff were wonderful in asking her what she wanted and delivering the style she had in her mind. Great value too.
