Had a fantastic haircut yesterday with Jack as ever. Went for a much shorter, very different style and as always Jack really listened to what I wanted and took such trouble over my cut, and I’m delighted with the result! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now. But it’s not just about the haircut - it’s a lot of fun being in the salon, the team are really fun and always give such a warm welcome. I really look forward to visiting every time and always leave with a great haircut, having had a laugh too! Thanks team Open!

Jack has once again transformed my very fine, curly but also fly-away hair with a great cut which has a really strong shape. He cleverly used the stronger curl at the back to give it volume and deftly disguised the front where I struggle to soften my hairline. I came into the salon with an unruly mop and left with a spring in my step. Lovely chat too. What more can you ask? Thanks Jack!

Lottie is the first stylist I’ve been to who gets it right every time. She listens carefully and explains exactly what she is going to do. Lottie and the other staff make going to the hairdressers an enjoyable and relaxing experience. 10/10

First time at the salon and mum and me booked our appointments with Jack. What can I say...we have finally found a hairdresser that understands our hair! Thank you so much for the lovely haircut and advise. Lovely team (Leia and Luke were in that Saturday) and great tunes! Looking forward to the next appointment in April! :)
The cut and styling of my short crop is fab! It looks and feels great and is very easy to style.
The colour was brilliant too (think colourist was Rany?) but my scalp was. Dry sensitive after the scalp bleach / toner. It would be good if the salon had scalp protector. Other than that would recommend ! Great hairdressers here!

It is always great fun in the salon, everyone is happy and chatty, Oli is welcoming and listens to what you require for your hairstyle. He is a perfectionist and I’m always happy with my hair.

I finally have a haircut that is I am happy with and is what I wanted (but better!). Can’t thank Oli and recommend highly enough.
This was my first time at the salon and I'd booked an appointment with Jack. I told him I wanted a stylish, non-mumsy, easy to style haircut and a full fringe to be put in. He looked at my hair and my face shape and then just did his thing. The result was a beautiful cut and I have had many lovely comments from people about it. A big thank you and I will be back!
