Great colour and lovely blow dry.
Very Welcoming Staff. We discussed in general what I did and did not want. The Cut turned out very well and I am very pleased with it.
Always a pleasure to go to Open to have my hair done. It’s a lively friendly salon with great coffee and expert stylists and colourists. Hannah Has been doing my hair for a few years now and she always does a fantastic job, the colour tone always right for the changing seasons and the grey coverage amazing. Would thoroughly recommend her and the staff at Open. Great head massages too!
Always a locker experience and Jack always cuts my hair beautifully.
I always love the way Oli cuts my hair! Oli is particularly good at interpreting my extremely vague requests and I always seem to get exactly what I want - his attention to detail and great conversation makes the whole experience just wonderful :-)
I walked in after not having had my hair cut for a very long time and the amazing scarlet bounded towards me and not only gave me the best hair cut ever but also gave me so much joy on a rainy Saturday morning. All in all - a brilliant experience and I will be back.
Scarlett was her usuall helpful, efficient self and I had a nice, quiet blonde young man to do my blow dry. Totally satisfied.

I had one wash that didn't even touch the bottom of my head very bad wash the cut was good but sadly had to go home and wash my hair again cos didn't feel clean and not only that payed alot of money for something I was not happy about very poor and would never come again and certainly not recommended that place to not even my worst enemy sorry
Jack is always delightful! He is a consummate sculptor of hair. He listens and carefully considers my thoughts re hair and styling.

I’ve been a client for quite some time and the quality of service and result has never faltered. Jack is always brilliant and he’s supported by an excellent team which makes a difference, too. At my most recent appointment - an 8am slot - they got my day off to a great start! Wonderful coffee, served with a friendly smile, great hair wash and perfect head massage, superb cut and styling. Really, they are a great team, it’s always a pleasure to see them…book now!

I’ve never had my hair be consistently cut so well. As I have since Oli stared cutting it a while ago now! He does it better than any salon in London I’ve ever been to!

Great hair cutter ! Not much more I can say. I wear my hair very short it’s a hard style to keep feminine Oli manages to every time. He’s cut my family’s hair for the last 5 years always happy. Love the feel of the salon too. Bright welcoming friendly. Would highly recommend Oli or any of the others never seen a bad style walk out of there !

I am relocating and the saddest thing about the move is I’m loosing my hair specialist! I was always made to feel super welcome and the experience was alway enjoyable. I’ve never found a hairdressers I’ve felt fitted me before coming to Open. Every time I go and get my hair done it’s like catching up with friends, everyone is so friendly and kind and makes you feel so comfortable. Not only that but my hair has never ever looked as good as it does since coming to Open and Hannah smashes it every time, I won’t go anywhere but here ?? Can’t be beaten

Hannah is incredibly enthusiastic and passionate about her work. She did a great job of taking my (very mixed) ‘wants’ and delivering a gorgeous colour and cut that works for me. She is a great colourist, creative and quick!
