Ben's been cutting my hair for a couple of years. I always walk out feeling like a million pounds! On point cuts, relaxed and friendly salon. When you find the one you stay and that's exactly what I did.
Sarah is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. The colour is exactly what I envisioned and it’s so beautiful. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

I always receive a great service from not just Elliot but everyone in the salon. Everyone is very welcoming and amiable and the salon itself is always clean and well presented. Elliot has been my barber for a around 6 months (give or take) and I always get a great hair cut and level of service. Unlike anywhere I've ever been before.
Having done my own colour for years I decided the grey was too hard to manage and needed a total change. I opted for pastel pink and after having a total head bleach I nearly fainted when I saw the bright yellow colour. Nathan was brilliant and totally reassured me that once the colour was on it would be gone. Having had the pink applied I was again shocked when it was washed off snd I looked like a startled flamingo. Again Nathan came to the rescue and assured me to wait until it had been dried off. So, after four hours my hair was (very professionally) blow-dried by one of the apprentices and my colour is just AMAZING. Everyone loves it and I am delighted. All through the experience Nathan explained every step, even explaining how to look after the colour. Best hairdressing salon around and I would recommend them to everyone - even the coffee is good!

Had a really good cut from Elliott. Totally listened to what I thought I wanted and worked with me to get a style that is both youthful (I’m a mature lady) and easy to manage. A quick brush through the next day and I looked as though I had just stepped out of the salon

Hadn’t been to a salon in years. Safe to say have a real phobia about letting anyone near my hair that I don’t know due to terrible past experiences. Jade was amazing , she listened to exactly what I wanted and I left feeling so relieved and happy! Will return in 6 weeks !
First time and very happy with whole experience, Nathan was brilliant, exactly what I wanted and what he said he would do, booked to return.
After years of hating going to hairdressers and barbers we discovered Open four years ago and haven't looked back. Ben takes the time to listen and advise Luke and the results are always spot on! It's lovely to see my son stand a little taller and gain that bit of confidence with a great haircut.

Absolute delight. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I have been looking for a suitable salon and over the moon I have found what I've been searching for. I brought my 12 year old son in to see Ben on a mission on mercy! He had waist length curly hair that was completely matted and hellish! Ben and nearly all his colleagues spent nearly 2 hours detangling his hair and getting all those knots out. Most of the time there were 3 stylists at once detangling his hair!! And then Ben cut it to shoulder length and styled it beautifully.
They were all so lovely to my son, told him how amazing his hair was and how mature he seems for his age. They really made him feel good about himself.
My son walked in anxious, shy, embarrassed and with no confidence or self esteem. He walked out with his head held high feeling like a new man. He was so proud of his look and fully intends to look after his hair now and keep it looking great!

I come to Open every four weeks so I’m a bit of regular. The salon is modern and very welcoming, the staff are ace! Nothing negative to say as I always have a positive experience.
