A good hairdressing experience can be found when it’s preceded by good listening; my trip to Open HH was just that.
From booking to cutting, all was as it should be, for which I am grateful.

I had a wonderful first experience at this hair salon, from the moment I stepped in.
All the staff were nice and friendly, you can really tell what a good vibe and environment they have and that’s extremely important.
Jade was so nice, friendly and approachable. She was making sure I was comfortable and guided me through my haircut, for an excellent result. I walked out with a different vibe, a new look and a boost of confidence.

Kirstie did an incredible job doing my prom hair- my hair looked just like the picture and stayed looking fresh and beautiful all night! She used delicious smelling products and made me feel super comfortable whilst at the salon but also when I left, as I knew my hair would stay in. Thank you so much Kirstie! Xx
A humble genius! Always gives a top quality cut whilst being friendly. I only have 2 small requirements so Eliott has pretty much free reign and he never disappoints.

Ben's been cutting my hair for a couple of years. I always walk out feeling like a million pounds! On point cuts, relaxed and friendly salon. When you find the one you stay and that's exactly what I did.

I always receive a great service from not just Elliot but everyone in the salon. Everyone is very welcoming and amiable and the salon itself is always clean and well presented. Elliot has been my barber for a around 6 months (give or take) and I always get a great hair cut and level of service. Unlike anywhere I've ever been before.
Having done my own colour for years I decided the grey was too hard to manage and needed a total change. I opted for pastel pink and after having a total head bleach I nearly fainted when I saw the bright yellow colour. Nathan was brilliant and totally reassured me that once the colour was on it would be gone. Having had the pink applied I was again shocked when it was washed off snd I looked like a startled flamingo. Again Nathan came to the rescue and assured me to wait until it had been dried off. So, after four hours my hair was (very professionally) blow-dried by one of the apprentices and my colour is just AMAZING. Everyone loves it and I am delighted. All through the experience Nathan explained every step, even explaining how to look after the colour. Best hairdressing salon around and I would recommend them to everyone - even the coffee is good!

Had a really good cut from Elliott. Totally listened to what I thought I wanted and worked with me to get a style that is both youthful (I’m a mature lady) and easy to manage. A quick brush through the next day and I looked as though I had just stepped out of the salon

Hadn’t been to a salon in years. Safe to say have a real phobia about letting anyone near my hair that I don’t know due to terrible past experiences. Jade was amazing , she listened to exactly what I wanted and I left feeling so relieved and happy! Will return in 6 weeks !
First time and very happy with whole experience, Nathan was brilliant, exactly what I wanted and what he said he would do, booked to return.
After years of hating going to hairdressers and barbers we discovered Open four years ago and haven't looked back. Ben takes the time to listen and advise Luke and the results are always spot on! It's lovely to see my son stand a little taller and gain that bit of confidence with a great haircut.

Absolute delight. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I have been looking for a suitable salon and over the moon I have found what I've been searching for.
