Nathan has been colouring my hair for 4 years now. I have had all the colours of the rainbow In my hair. Today we went for the current trend of Dua Lipa red and he's only gone and smashed it. I feel so confident. I cannot recommend Nathan enough. Infact the whole team are always on form and it's become like hanging out with friends. I have been going to Open in Hemel for about 3 years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly, the vibe and ambiance are totally on point.

I love how my opinion is always listened to and relevant advice is given so for the first time ever I’ve found a hairdresser that gives me the results I’m looking for. Jade was really good at understanding what I wanted to achieve and advised on a slightly longer length to leave room for when I’m styling it and it would sit shorter. She was really knowledgeable and professional and I am super happy with the result. Despite having so much hair off and going from past shoulder length to above the collar bone I didn’t feel nervous as her demeanour and capabilities put me at ease. I came in on Saturday morning, I haven’t had more than a trim in years after a bad haircutting experience. But Sophie was great! She listened to what I wanted, looked at my reference images and came up with something that would fit my hair type. She didn’t rush me and styled it the exact way I wanted, she didn’t put pressure on me with suggestions just listened! Will definitely be coming back for a trim when needed.
