Absolutely delighted with my experience at Open Hemel Hempstead! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted great music and a warm ambiance and a drink, that instantly put me at ease. My stylist was not only skilled but also attentive to my preferences, ensuring that I got the haircut of my dreams. Wow! Visited Sophie for the second time last night and she never disappoints! My hair is very thick, and has lacked shaped after growing out a graduated bob. After showing Sophie what I liked, we agreed on a style that would suit and work for my hair type. The cut was absolutely gorgeous and I am so pleased. Sophie made me feel comfortable and at ease, as for me personally the hair salon can be an overwhelming place. Thank you again.

My first appointment with Nathan as my previous stylist left at the end of last year. He was truly amazing, listened to my concerns and talked me through what was possible. Dani yet again outdone herself. Told Dani I wanted a balayage a new style and I’m so happy with the result! She talked me through all the different options.
