It’s always a joy to be welcomed, treated and pampered by this amazing team. Coming back after 4 months was emotional and even more wonderful. Rikkie, along with Adam and team, have a way of making you feel at home and very important. My roots were getting me down but I didn’t touch them, and I was right not to. Rikkie brought me back to life and made me feel lovely again. Thank you T&G for the TLC. Let’s hope we are not ever apart for that long again. Love you guys.

I thought it was odd I was charged more for my hair dye appointment than normal. I always get root to tip and my hair length hasn’t changed.

Service etc was great as usual, my stylist was lovely and I enjoyed being in the salon.

I have always wanted my hair cut at a Toni & Guy so when I moved to hemel in March 2020 I was eyeing up this branch - then we went into lockdown! My hair suffered like crazy and Rabena did an amazing job, I’m so happy my first Toni & Guy experience was with her! She helped me massively with the cut and explained how I could help my hair with no judgement. I can’t wait to get back in the chair with her when my hair hasn’t suffered a year of lockdowns!

Fabulous haircut, really cutting edge, which I hope, helps me look look edgy too. Also, such great advice on maintenance & product.

I had my first appointment with Dean at the Hemel branch.
I was made to feel welcome the moment I stepped into the salon front of house spot on with customer service...
The salon is very Covid secure I felt very safe.
Dean was fabulous ? I told him how I would like my hair and he listened and did a fantastic job? I left feeling like a million dollars I will definitely be back!

My first visit to T&G on the recommendation of a friend. Dean did a super job, really taking time to talk through what I wanted and was trying to achieve.

Lucy was so helpful and upfront about my colour. She talked me through everything and made me feel pampered. She was so kind and helpful when it came to fixing a few issues I had as well. Felt like there was nothing they wouldn’t do for me! I normal go to Toni and Guy Hitchin but had such a fabulous time! Will be back. Thanks Lucy and team!

Great, really happy with Rabena’s styling of my hair, some lovely glamorous curls in my usually straight hair.

I had a really good experience at Toni and Guy's: from my initial consultation with Lucy, who gave me some really helpful advice on what I could do with my hair. I then booked an appointment, and Lucy did a wonderful job with my hair, making it look lighter but still really natural. On top of that, everyone at the salon was really friendly, the place was very clean, and the atmosphere in the salon was really nice. Overall I was really happy with the result of my visit, and would absolutely consider coming again.

Sam always delivers on the most fabulous colour. I very rarely have exactly the same each time as I like to change it up a little depending on season etc or just for a bit of a fresh look and Sam always gets it spot on for me! He is so friendly and easy to chat away to and makes sure you are completely happy with everything. The salon has done an amazing job of providing a covid safe environment and still felt like a treat to be there and a very enjoyable experience. Fantastic job everyone!

Rabena is new to that salon. Therefore not had her b4! I have to say it’s one of the best cuts I’ve had ( and I’ve been going to T&G for many a year. Booked her for next appointments in December ( hopefully that will happen!!

I have colour by Lauren and cut by Victoria and the results are always fantastic.
When Sara gives the head massage after the wash, quite frankly a bomb could go off I wouldn’t flinch, it’s soo relaxing.
My visits are not a treat anymore they are a must have!

I had the best experience - we had a chat the week before & discussed options. Dean totally got where I was coming from (I’m not the most straightforward client) & he talked me through each aspect of the of the cut as he was doing it. On completion he encouraged me ‘to play around with it’ so I felt comfortable with the finished cut & how versatile it could be - brilliant
