TONI&GUY Hemel Hempstead opened in 1998. Comprising of a strong team of talented and passionate stylists and technicians who will ensure your TONI&GUY experience is a fabulous one for both you and your hair. We offer additional services such as bridal and occasion hair. Our wide range of retail products from label.m will ensure your hair stays salon perfect until your next visit. For further information about our extensive service menu or for a free style consultation please speak to one of our team.

The salon is located in the centre of the pedestrian high street, between the two entrances to the Marlowes Shopping Centre, and a short walk from the Riverside car park.

Hair cut

I am sorry to say that I am disappointed with my hair cut, the left side looks like it has been hacked and it different to the right side. I did not say anything while I was there as I was hoping it was the light or how my hair was sitting.

When I got home and my husband said what the hell happened I knew it was bad.

My appointment with my normal stylist Dean was cancelled and I was offered ***** instead , I wish I had waited.

The only consolation is that my hair will grow and Dean will be able to sort it out.

I would not recommend ***** to cut hair.

I am sorry to write a negative review but felt this needed to be addressed.

Great service, excellent company and good haircut. Lauren was professional and had a great chat. The salon was very well prepared for Covid and I felt very comfortable all the way. There is nothing like a trip to the hairdressers to boost my mood. Toni &Guys in Hemel is a lovely little sanctuary, where you are treated like a friend and made to free safe. Rikki is a magician with hair colouring and you leave feeling a million dollars!

It has been a wonderful experience especially I had the stylist know exactly what they are doing professionally such as giving honest opinion on how my hair should be taken care of before wash cut and blow dry.

I've been going to Tony and guy for years and had the lovely Lauren cutting my hair for a while. It was my first time today since the pandemic that I had gone in to have my hair done. The place was very clean, loads of things in place to keep everyone safe. All the staff wore PPE, yet there was still a friendly and welcoming vibe. Overall, I had a great experience and am looking forward to coming back soon!

As always Lauren does a brilliant job (Thank you) however I do feel that prices are creeping up a little bit out of control so maybe they need slowing down. Plus the salon is feeling a bit cold & clinical if I'm honest especially with the lack of people due to the current issues.
To be fair, minor problems, and I'm not sure what you can do about the second of them anyway..

As good as always. But disappointed no coffee . Surely if it comes from a machine in a plastic mug can’t c a problem? Also a pain I had to wear a mask the whole time. Made it awkward for the stylist and well as me the client!!

Had a lovely experience with Molly today - for an apprentice she seemed to know what she was doing no problems and did exactly as I asked. Feels good after so long not being able to get a cut! Would have enjoyed it if we were more chatty (not often you get to talk to new people nowadays) but understandable that it is more difficult with masks on
