My second visit since the salon has reopened. Feels so comfortable and relaxed, but at the same time totally safe and every precaution has been taken.
All the staff are amazing and as always Ricky worked wonders on my colour!

From walking into reception to the actual haircut/blow dry, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and totally safe.

Always a pleasure. So good at what she does.

Richard is exceptional with colour and his salon is always beautiful and friendly.

He is able to get me to a light light blonde using absolutely no bleach - absolute genius!

I’ve never had such long hair in my life and it is as light as it’s always been !

I had my hair restyled by Lauren for the first time this year! The whole experience was a breeze. Each station was cleaned before the appointment and I was given a bag with a gown and towels inside. Stylists and customers had their masks/visors on, so I felt safe. I normally hate my head being massaged With the conditioner and I always ask them not to do it, however Lauren’s hands were amazing and I actually enjoyed it! I am very pleased with my new style too.

Sam was amazing very professional and done a fantastic job my colour is fresh and look fabulous Dean done super fantastic job at cutting my hair it feels amazing so glad you are open and all staying safe great to see you all

After many years of going to cheap salons, I can definitely tell the difference and I've recommended others to Toni and Guy, to stop them making the same mistake as me! What a great experience! I had Dean and he's absolutely amazing, clearly he knows what he's doing (you don't really get that in the cheap salons, it's normally a quick ten min chop - literally) and I've never had a stylist tell me about my frizzy, wavy hair, until I walked into Toni and Guy. All the staff are so lovely and not only do they make you feel welcome the second you enter, they make an effort and actually talk to you, I am used to the other way round in other places. I haven't had an experience like it and I'll definitely be going back every 8 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough! It may seem expensive for some, however, TRUST ME, it is worth it! Save it each month, if you can, you won't regret it :) thanks!!!!

Great as per usual! Very different atmosphere in the current social distancing situation which cannot be helped, but i enjoyed the quietness as usually it’s very loud

Sam was my Technician and Dean as the stylist. As always, both were perfect. Sam did a great job turning my washed out ginger into red while Dean took all the rattiness out with a great cut. Thanks guys x

My first trip to a salon for 6 months - who knew it was even possible to go that long between visits. Richard and the team gave me a great welcome back and explained the new protocol very clearly and reassuringly. They then deployed all their collective expertise in rectifying the mess that was my hair - with great results. I feel so much better - thank you all!

My daughter had a fantastic experience. The team were very welcoming, she is over the moon with her new style and still jumping about in front of the mirror. The COVID measures are thorough but do not diminish the service.

First appointment since lockdown, beyond first class service. Your own little T&G bag containing gown, mask, towels and cup on arrival, social distancing in place and stylists in PPE. Salon looks fab after a re-do, all fresh and so clean. As always, Rikki and Katie have made me feel and look amazing, such a talented team : ) Thanks for everything! xxx

Great salon, super professional+ friendly and Katie is my favourite hairdresser ever. Her cuts last for ages, she really is a surgeon of the hairdresser world;) Also after Covid the salon has implemented a series of practices to keep both staff and customers safe, lots of space, masks gloves face shields involved but it doesn't take anything out of a very good salon experience. the safety is always put first which I really appreciated! Well done guys for adapting to a difficult situation and provide us with great care as always. See you soon :)

I was extremely worried aboit my visotas being classed as vulnerable and self isolating, and thiscwas the 1st time i had ventured out to town since lockdown, but once inside the salon I was greeted and welcomed with a bag that said 'welcome back Wendy', how lovely that was. Such a lovely environment to be in.

My long awaited first hair appointment after lockdown did not disappoint. The salon was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff were very attentive and Katie worked her exceptional skill in sorting out my unruly hair to my great satisfaction. I can not fault the 0professionalism of this salon and the staff have gone to great lengths to ensure everyone’s safety in these difficult times.

My first visit to Toni and Guy and certainly won’t be the last, a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Both Sam and Dean worked magic to create a very beautiful look and whoever washed did one of the best massages ever. Thank you all very much!

Been going to Toni and Guy in Hemel Hempstead for about 3 years now and in the beginning I was terrified, it was like a dentist appointment for some people.
Just had a fabulous haircut and before hand I was sooooo happy and excited to be getting a haircut soooo it’s a BIG THANKS to all the team at Toni and Guy in Hemel with their professional and relaxed atmosphere for making what used to b a dreaded time into an absolute pleasure.
