TONI&GUY Hemel Hempstead opened in 1998. Comprising of a strong team of talented and passionate stylists and technicians who will ensure your TONI&GUY experience is a fabulous one for both you and your hair. We offer additional services such as bridal and occasion hair. Our wide range of retail products from label.m will ensure your hair stays salon perfect until your next visit. For further information about our extensive service menu or for a free style consultation please speak to one of our team.

The salon is located in the centre of the pedestrian high street, between the two entrances to the Marlowes Shopping Centre, and a short walk from the Riverside car park.

My daughter hair

So today my daughter had her hair cut as normal at Toni and guys she had three three different members of staff however Dean was the one that cut and blow dried it hence the fact that I put Dean on there every single member of staff was amazing very patient with her her I cannot criticize these guys at all the reason we went is because my grandmother goes regularly and she was treating my daughter. My daughter is over the moon with their hair I love her hair from the shampoo and conditioning treatment she had she was so relaxed she enjoyed it the girl was so gentle with her then Dean like I said cut and blow dried out and another member of staff put some little bits in my daughter's hair as she's got a party to go to it looks absolutely amazing and it was not overly priced would say it was worth every penny

I cut off about 8-10 inches of my hair which, in the lead up to the appointment, I was so nervous for because I‘be always been used to super long hair. However Lauren was very reassuring and made sure it was the perfect length and style for me - am absolutely in love with the results. For something that I was so worried about, the process was much more relaxing. I really had nothing to worry about when it came to Toni&Guy!

My hair stylist Lauren is excellent, I’m very happy with the hair cut and service she provides however I was disappointed as there was lack of proper towels. I was given very thin piece of black material which didn’t soak any water, I had water round my neck and part of my clothing. I did inform the manager before I left and the response from him was sorry about that. I felt I wasted my time and energy as the manager didn’t seem to be bothered. As I left the salon I felt deflated. I have been using Tony & guy for over twenty years but today I felt standard is dropping. It’s an expensive hair cut, customers would expect simple things like towels.

Every time I go here I am fully impressed with the experience. Ricky is amazing as well as the rest of the team (I'm so sorry that I forgot the young ladies name who educated me on good shampoo choices!) They won't shy away from thick hair, of which I may be Queen, and they're always so complimentary & proud of their work. You know you're in safe hands here. I'll be a loyal customer until such time as I can no longer get to Hemel Hempstead.
