Great atmosphere, with such a great team of individuals, felt 100% comfortable and was put at ease by Sam who was very professional and did a fantastic job! Sam took the time to ask what I wanted to achieve and made it happen. I have found my new hairdresser. Highly recommended A+

Richard and his team are simply the best. Would never go any where else for my hair to be cut or coloured. The salon has a fabulous atmosphere and the staff are all friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful experience from arriving, to my wash,condition and head massage by Mason-so relaxing, to a lovely coffee. Then to my haircut and finish with Lauren, who was lovely and friendly and chatted away so easily gave me a really good cut 10 out of 10 all round?

I've been away for a year or two and my return was met with warmth and affection. Sidney did my hair this time. Whoever does it, I know I'm assured of a precision cut in a contemporary style. Colourists are forensically detailed in choice of colour and application. It's everything you could want in a top London salon and it's on our doorstep. Thanks Richard and everyone ~ it's good to be home.

Went in on Saturday for a fairly major restyle (waist length to shoulder length).

Was given good advice on the style of cut that would suit me and bothe the shampooer and the stylist were friendly and did a great job.

Love my new cut and will definitely go back when I need it maintaining.

Was given warm welcome on arrival.I was asked if I wanted a drink so had a glass of iced water. The service throughout was very good & friendly. My hairdresser was extremely friendly and efficient. The shampoo part was lovely. I had shampoo & conditioner applied too. The hair cut was very good & we spent most of it chatting about good stuff.

I had a relaxing experience today in the Salon, I came in for a restyle and as usual I was welcomed with a professional and polite manner, loved my new hair style.

Not very impressed. Paid for top stylist £60. Cut is ok but no better than I get locally much cheaper. Nice people but not very good value in my opinion.

I have very little spare time due to my job so always struggle making appointments etc. So on my last minute day off I thought I'd try my luck to see if they could fit me in. Adam was fabulous. Managed to fit me in with nicholas who was amazing. Id been contemplating going blue for a while so he showed me their new range of toners. To help me decide, he told me about a new spray in colour product they had, which washes out. So we decided to try out the blue, which nicholas blow dried into my hair, with great results.
The whole experience was great, I felt totally at ease as the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. If definitely recommend.

I booked T & G in Hemel Hempstead as a belated birthday treat for my 10 year old daughter. I booked an online last minute appointment & the booking process was incredibly easy & I was able to get one the same morning. On arrival we were made to feel particularly welcome by the very efficient gentleman on the front desk - who, may I add - is amazing at his job!!! My daughter had her hair cut by Sophie who was very professional and friendly- she was very kind to my daughter & made her feel very special. Her hair looks beautiful and is a high quality cut. Review of my visit 21 June 2017:
Still the best salon in Hertfordshire for a colour and hi lights. I was understandably nervous about changing my colour technician, if only temporarily, while my usual person Victoria is away on maternity leave -but my nerves were absolutely needless. My colour again looks natural and beautiful. The only difference is a slight variation (millimetres) in the spacing of grouping of tones. But it would take someone obsessing equally about it as I do, to see this slight difference between: 1. a photo taken after my usual colour technician Victoria's, and 2. my new technician Sam's, work. I like the fact that each stylist at TG adds their own subtle style to even the most standard procedures. That is one of the marks of a top salon. Equally, I have noticed that noone is given tasks (to do even basic rough dry blowdring styling) until they are 100% trained accordingly. This first, using dummy doll heads of human hair, then using training specific models; and continuously assessed, until both confident and more than ready. My blowdry stylist Audrey- again different to my usual person Vanessa, because it was her day off- shared the styling technique they used. It was a slight variation on my normal styling technique, to enable me to achieve the same results if styling at home -but with much less effort. Audrey has way more years experience than she looks- youll again, be in very safe hands. This salon is award winning for a reason. The Tony & Guy standards and training has never let me down, as on this occasion.

Had my hair cut by Adie today. Amazing lady! I came out feeling so much better about myself. My hair looks and feels wonderful.
Thoroughly recommend. I was totally indecisive about what I wanted. Adie was a true pro & suggested suitable styles, not only for my face shape etc but also for my lifestyle.
Looking forward to my next visit.
Forgot to praise the other staff. Had a fabulous head massage & a cup of coffee, just when I needed it. Brilliant.

Hair cut by Audrey. Was extremely helpful and friendly. My hair is thick and has its own agenda .Audrey new instantly what kind of cut was right for me.I feel and look younger.Adam at desk was very helpful too.See you all soon.

This was my first visit to the Hemel branch of Toni&Guy and found everyone very friendly, there was a lovely atmosphere from the moment that I walked through the door to the moment that I left.
Audrey gave me a fab hair cut, she really took her time with the cut and listened to my wants very carefully, and it was a big ask because I went in with long hair and wanted her to cut it all off very short.
Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending and going back in the future.

Today was the first time I visited Toni&Guy and I couldn't be more happy!
I've always tried to go for the cheaper options when getting haircuts and I've never been fully happy. However for only a little extra, the difference in quality of the cut and professionalism was unreal.
This is the happiest I've ever been with a haircut.
Will definitely be returning in 8 weeks!
