Went for a cut and colour for the first time yesterday and the experience was everything and more...nice relaxed vibe...wonderful colour and great cut and the head massage was amazing...thank you and see you at the end of May...i have found my salon at last

After having a bad hair experience a few weeks ago with a hairdresser that came to my house i decided to go to Toni & Guy for the first time yesterday and I have to say that i'm so pleased I did, Ricky did an absolutely amazing job with the highlights and Audrey did a great job on the cut, everybody was so friendly. I can definately say 'i'll be back'Thank you.

Once again I received an excellent bespoke service at Hemel Hempstead award winning Tony and Guy salon. Victoria is a top colour technician whom I would travel a great distance to see. All the staff are respectful, friendly but not overly so and ultra professional. I never feel rushed here regardless of how busy the salon. Lovely people, perfect natural looking beautiful colour and blowdry.

While I was having my hair washed, a member of staff sprayed her own hair with hairspray right in front of me, so I got to breathe in a mass of chemicals that I could have done without. The salon was practically empty and she must have known I was there, so it was completely thoughtless. She did apologise but the damage was done by then. Everything else was as good as it usually is (especially Sydney as ever).

Audrey for her cut and Victoria for her colouring - both are brilliant, can cope with little suggestion from me, and produce wonderful results effortlessly! Stars in my eyes and can't recommend them enough!

Richard was amazing, we chatted about the look I wanted to achieve and looked at colours, I wasn't rushed, he listened and I am SO pleased with my colour! It's even better than I expected. Lovely salon, great team.

Had Sam do my hair today.. went for a complete change. Sam was thorough with my options and advised me accordingly.I was very happy with the end result ???? Sam made me feel at ease and all the staff were very welcoming.

Dropped in and got apt 45 mins later, my stylist was just lovely and it turned out her dad was from the same little town in Kerry as me. Would definitely recommend - little pricey for blow dry though.

I just love nick and Adam! Nick is excellent at choosing the right colour for me and both he and Adam have always managed to fit in a trim when I've wanted it!! Love u both!! Downfall is service seems too clinical and business like none of the other staff seem to acknowledge you!!

Friendly, professional staff and service

Was a little late past the appointment time but I'm cool with that. Everyone is nice and friendly. Always worry about my haircut but this was a good experience.

Booked in for a last minute appointment. Hadn't visited this branch before but was impressed. The team were friendly and made me feel welcome. I will use this branch again.

Sam did an excellent job getting rid of the black ends and recolouring it. Very happy with the final outcome. Also all staff was very helpful and friendly!

Audrey is one of the best hairdressers I have come across. She listens to what I want and does it. Audrey is always lovely and I find her company relaxing, even falling asleep.i will continue to book.
