They definitely provide a 5 star service and you come out feeling pampered with a great new style. I would definitely recommend Tony & Guy to all my friends and family.
Would be good if you offered incentives for recommendations but other than that it's a fantastic, friendly and professional place.

I've visited Toni and Guy salon in Hemel Hempstead twice in the last week. Once for a cut and hen for highlights. Both times I was able to get an appointment at a suitable time and was seen immediately when I arrived- no waiting. All staff were friendly and helpful. I was offered drinks as was my daughter who was with me. I was extremely happy with the cut and the colour. I would recommend this salon.

I always enjoy my visit to the salon. Audrey and Victoria always deliver when it comes to what I ask for. They are both lovely lovely too.

as usual your staff were polite and courteous making me feel very welcome. Lauren and her assistant then got to work. Excellent head massage to relax me, then chat with the stylist who as usual did an excellent job.

I waited almost a year to cut my hair as I have been trying to grow the really short layers I had, for years! I had my hair cut on Saturday with Nick at the Toni and Guy in Hemel Hempstead and it was amazing. My hair feels and looks so much healthier and was shaped beautifully. I keep getting really good compliments. Thanks Nick :)

Sophie is a very professional individual and bery engaging. HH salon has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The gentleman on reception is a great ambassador, impressed that he used my name, a little thing but good customer service, sets the right tone

Been coming to the salon for 10 plus years, love Sydney who cuts my hair, but for the the first time ever I got painful hair pulls from the girl washing my hair... Can't remember the hair washers trying to drag a comb through my hair before - but if you are going to make this standard, use enough conditioner or detangler to make it painless please.

I found the salon very customer service friendly. Lauren the senior stylist was very efficient. And also was given a lovely cuppa when I was sat in my chair.the receptionist was also very welcoming. I will be returning to this salon without a doubt.

A warm, friendly and super stylish salon with fantastic stylists. I have always found all the staff friendly, happy and helpful. The years of training at Toni&Guy is apparent as I have always been given an amazing cut. They are all extremely professional and they pay huge attention to detail. This salon never fails. Amazing, personal service from the moment you walk through the door. Had my hair coloured by Sam today and have left feeling like a new woman. The knowledge they have and time taken is second to none. I've used this salon for over 15years now. After moving to Cardiff 10 years ago and despite trying other salons closer to home unfortunately I've not yet found a salon that matches the service and quality that Toni and Guy Hemel provide. So now have to coincide my appointments with visits back home. For those of you who are as fussy as me...even the toilets are spotless!!!

Always get a good service at t&g hemel. Ricky runs the place with a relaxed informality that's focused on the customer in a welcoming, friendly & unassuming way.
Ricky has a great balance of helping you experiment & push a few boundaries but knows where the limits are with each of his clients.
I've been coming to him for years & completely trust his advice.
I'd also call out people like Sidney who always give me a great cut.
