Love love love this salon. Would never let anyone else cut it colour my hair. Totally professional but making it feel like a good place to be. Richard, Adam and the rest of the team are the best. Would defy anyone to go here and not be impressed ????

Adam, the Salon Manager is so smiley & welcoming, Victoria & Lauren give me a great colour & cut. I love my 6-weekly treat!

The team here are brilliant. They always manage to find an appointment to accomodate my schedule at very short notice. Victoria is an exceptionally skilled colour technician with extensive product knowledge. She sensed before I even asked that I needed another drink. All the team listen carefully to individual preferences regarding taste and give sound practical at home care advice. The atmosphere is calm and soothing with a fun edge. Today as usual I forgot to bring an umbrella and Adam kindly supplied me with a brand new Tony & Guy one to avoid ruining my professional conditioning treatment and stylist blow dry. Sometimes there is a super cute small dog nearby reception which is soo well behaved no noise whatsoever.

I've tried many salons, including other Toni and Guy Salon's, however I have returned to Hemel Hempstead, due to the outstanding haircuts that I receive from Vanessa and the care given to me by all of the staff, from the reception team who book my appointment, to the Junior's who wash my hair and give amazing, realaxing head massages !.

There is not a hairdresser any where to match Tony & Guy hemel hempstead.The
Manager Ricky has coloured my hair for many years now with excellent results to the fact that I have so many people compliment me on the beautifuĺ colours even teenagers and for a woman of 60 plus!!???? what more could you ask. Staff are great and you know that Ricky is watching all the time to make sure you receive the best service every visit.

That's what I always come away with when I have my hair cut by Katie. From a warm welcome always to a good hair wash and massage which does make you relax. My hair is always cut to how I like it katie does really listen and knows what's good for me. A great salon

Going to you, my husband was expecting professional and fashionable hair cut. He kept long hair for some time, because he wanted to have something new and fashionable. Unfortunately, he' s got the same hair cut if he would go to a regular hairdresser and pay less money for it. Moreover, now he's got more problems to keep his hair nice than before the cut. He is very disappointed.

Customer service a million percent great. The chap on the desk is a gem.
The cut was ok but I think I would have got better results with a more experienced stylist.
The blow dry was not great. Cold air was used and as a result my hair was frizzy.
I so have curly hair so maybe it's just the lack of experience with mixed race hair.
I think your salon should cater for mixed race hair too so getting in an experienced stylist for is. And products for us too.
All in all good experience and treatment.

Nick cut my hair for the first time a few weeks ago and I returned for a colour. He is very good at listening and interpreting what you want.

After twenty years with my old hairdresser it has been a big change, but I was very pleased and will return.

Lovely experience. Very friendly staff, extremely happy with the cut. And Ricky's dog is sooo cute!

Adam is always really happy and will go out of his way to try to get you an appointment.
Richard is always polite really friendly and does an exceptional job on the colouring of my really thick hair.
I have many different hairdressers purely because I book last minute but Sydney,Ade and Vanessa are extremely talented friendly outgoing and I always leave the salon feeling fabulous.

Ive been with these guys for years and had different colourist and stylist... All of which are great. You get what you pay for, quality, customer service and awesome hair :0)

Wonderful experience and gorgeous colour, cut and style. Like a home from home the staff are super friendly, down to earth and at the same time also professional and efficient. A real luxury treat with a hot towel hair wrap and head massage to let your worries drift a million miles away. I would totally recommend.
