I returned to Saks after a long time away and Mannie recognised me and made me feel as if we seen each other every day. So so pleased with highlights and cut. Won’t leave it so long next time.

First time at Saks Hertford and I must admit, felt a little nervous but once consultation was over I felt relaxed and finish was better than I excepted , Thank you .

The stylist was 10 mins late. I understand people overrun and if that was my only problem I wouldn’t bother leaving a review. She also left the appointment midway through and got an assistant to do the blow dry. Again, I get people are busy and the lady getting her hair colour done was the priority apparently.

I said chin length, she said shoulder length. I said no, chin length. Spoiler, it’s not chin length. The back is longer and at no point was I shown a mirror to see the back, so I paid and left unaware of the poor quality of the cut. I should have guessed when I said shorter at the back after being ignored on how long I wanted my hair that it wouldn’t be done.

I have no intention of ever returning.

I feel so comfortable with all team at Saks that I don,t mind who I go with. Thank You all.

Lovely relaxing haircut today from laura and shampoo!

Taz is my usual hairdresser and she is very adept with her ideas and I always feel terrific and uplifted due to her good suggestions for colour , cut and styling. Is is fun, too.

Ben was excellent. Just a wet cut but Ben was thorough, attentive and did a great job. Very happy.

I saw Ben today for the first time since he has started at Saks and he was great. I am really pleased with my haircut. It was just what I wanted. I would highly recommend Ben, he is a great hairdresser and very friendly.

My daughter had her hair cut and was very happy with the result. The stylist (sorry didn’t catch her name) gave her advice on the cut because she was unsure of the style she wanted.
