Felt so welcomed by everyone and was so happy with results.

For the first time in my life I have a haircut that I love. Jason always listens to what I want and makes sure I leave the salon happy. And he knows how to cut curly hair! Friendly team and great atmosphere too.

Jason, Beth and Matt are all absolutely brilliant! I have always struggled with my curls and in the past year Jason has completely transformed my hair into manageable beautiful curls! Beth dyes my hair regularly and always produces exactly what I ask for beautifully. I couldn't recommend enough, I always enjoy my time and the results from this salon!

I’ve recently moved to the area, and I wasn’t sure which salon to choose. I saw that the Tierney salon cuts curly hair and decided to give it a try! The atmosphere in the salon was bubbly and friendly and I felt really relaxed. I’ve got wavy hair and have always struggled to make it look nice. Beth spent loads of time explaining to me how she was cutting my hair, applying products and diffusing my hair effectively. My hair has never looked so curly and I love it!

Beth is a lovely cheerful young woman that makes you feel at easy. Despite of her age she’s very knowledgeable about hair colour, cut and care of the hair. She gave me a so needed tip how properly dry my hair out giving some volume. Fantastic because I’m a kind of person who doesn’t like spending too much time doing my hair. I am a renewed and refreshed person when I leave the salon. I’m very glad I’ve chosen Tierney Salon after moving to Hertford. Keep up the good work guys! By the way, 4 stars because I never ever rate 5 anyone or anywhere ;-)

This salon is the best. Having been to some of the top salons I can honestly say, that Jason and his team are not only the most friendly and relaxed salon, but having been going to Jason for around a year now, I have never been disappointed or frustrated that I never got what I asked for. Great salon 10/10

Matt is so attentive and helpful and i love the way he cuts my hair, which is always checked by the owner Jason the salon has a very very professional approach but a relaxed feel at the same time and i always feel uplifted when i leave the salon

This is my third visit to Tierney Salons and I just love the way Jason does my hair. There's a great atmosphere in the salon and all the team are lovely.

Felt unhappy with my haircut forever, most salons often just do not understand curly / wavy hair. Finally decided to get a ‘curly cut’ and it was SO worth it - my hair is bouncy, roots lifted and enjoying my hair for the first time in ages. Also got some useful styling tips to try at home. The salon and staff have a friendly, fun vibe. I’m nervous in social situations but felt totally at ease! Will be returning - thanks Jason!

Beth was just lovely. She explained everything beautifully, but I was so shocked at how curly she made my hair. At 50, I thought I knew my hair- I didn’t!
For 1st timers I wouldn’t recommend having a date straight after, but I will be exploring my new found curliness and I will definitely come back. Great cut too - even after me drying straight I have received several compliments.

Jason has been my hairdresser for 10 years I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Jason has exceptional skills as a colour technician and stylist - he’s the whole package - including a fabulous warm and caring personality with a wicked sense of humour. Assisted by lovely Matt who gives the most incredible head massages - I love my visits and how I’m made to feel as much as the hair cut and colour I receive. I am always one happy human when I walk out of Tierney’s.

About two years ago I found Tierney Salons after I saw they specificalise in curly hair. For those with curly hair, you will know this is hard to find. Jason has been an amazing hairstylist from day one. Not only does he listen exactly what one wants, but he also has some wonderful ideas and tricks to bring out the best in one’s hair. Thank you for being a truly amazing hairstylist!

This salon is fantastic, Jason, Beth and Matt are friendly, professional and are happy to discuss all my hair questions I have. Jason’s knowledge of curly hair is exceptional I have been coming here for over a year and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is always a fun and enjoyable experience with lovely hair at the end.

I have been to numerous hair salons but have never felt so at home, listened too as with Bethany and the team at Tierney. I have thick unruly curly hair which I’m always embarrassed about but Bethany made me feel so at ease and talked me through a treatment plan to best manage my hair. I left feeling so elated with my colour and my curly cut. I would highly recommend Tierney. This is my new salon for life. Thank you so much Bethany, Max and Jason.

First time at this salon and I am so glad I have found them . Lovely people and an excellent experience all round . Jason cut my hair exactly as I wanted it and that hasn’t happened for a very long time - it’s perfect . I will be back !!

Beth is extremely skilled at the colour and cutting techniques she uses, and I really value her advice on what is the best strategy for making my hair look in good condition. Highly recommended.

Beth has been doing my hair for the past year the salon has a lovely warm atmosphere and you’re made to feel extremely comfortable on arrival !
I have always left the salon very happy with my hair, Beth listens to what you want and offers advice on the colour and cut, she recommends hair products which I have purchased and been extremely happy with.
