I booked an appointment with Jordan having not been to the salon before. He did a great job with a partial restyle and checked with me to ensure I was happy throughout as my hair was very long and he was cutting a lot off! I felt really well looked after and comfortable with the COVID-19 measures which were in place. There was really good rapport between all the staff and I walked out feeling great with my new hair! Will definitely be booking with Jordan again.

My hair was done by Jordon but his name isn’t on the list to choose from. Katie was on the desk when I left. Always love Jordon doing my hair. Creative and takes his time. See you guys end of Nov.

Having dyed my hair black for 15yrs I decided it was time to go back my natural blonde, so after it being bleached twice and dyed 3 times in the space of 2 weeks its safe to say my hair was very ratty! Jordan did a fantastic cut on my hair and it looks healthy again, will definitely be going back to see him

Easily the worst haircut I’ve ever had. My hair now sits awkwardly on my shoulders and flicks out at the ends even after straightening them (even though we agreed to cut it to my collar bone and I said I was trying to grow it out and I mainly just wanted it neatened up) and I asked to have parts at the front to hang down when I had a pony tail but I ended up with a curtain fringe that is frumpy and looks ridiculous. This was the day before starting my first professional internship so NOT what I needed. Very angry & it’s the worse £69 I’ve ever spent. I will not be coming back to Toni & Guy.

I always come out with lovely hair and feeling better about myself. Leanne is great at what she does and has a personality that would light up any room. The salon is looking great after the refurb too!

Karen is the best hairdresser I had, and really understands how to cut a short hairstyle. She will also not rush your hair cut, and take the time it needs to get it in the right shape or make sure the colour has lifted enough.

She may be the salon owner, but she also really is at the top of her. game when it comes to cutting hair! Karen is also not afraid to tell you when the style/colour you are after is not for you or will not work, and this really is to be commended as it would be so easy to just do what the client asks for and not put any thought into it.

So pleased I found Karen!
