I had root tint and balayage plus a treatment £125. I go to the hairdressers approx every 3rd week, and mostly have rough blow dry. Today mid rough blow dry from a junior the manager took the brushes away. To add insult to injury it was clear the junior hadn’t been trained how to dry hair. I came out with frizzy hair, looked a mess. I’ve been going there for about 5 years, a regular customer. The salon has had lots of issues, no hot water, currently a sink that’s been blocked since my previous visit. Not a great experience today. The colour looks great Nikki knows her stuff but the rest is not great. Not sure I’ll go back tbh.

The wait time between my colour and my cut was more than 35 mins wait - this is the second time in last 3 apppiintments that I’ve had a significant wait between colour being washed off and hair cut.

I had my hair hair coloured and blow dried by Niki today . I just wish that I were going out tonight because it looks so good!
My hair had got a bit too light and she re did my roots and some extra darker shades and it just looks so natural. , I am extremely pleased.
I also had a hair treatment which has left my dry hair feeling so healthy.
The whole experience was really good , the back massager chair is so relaxing and I also had a head massage!!
Blowdry also fantastic and just looks so nice and natural.

Today Karen coloured and cut my dry, grey and unmanageable Hair into a short, beautifully coloured style. I was nervous at having st taking such s radical step but I'm absolutely delighted. Karen is a Hair genius!
The rest of the salon staff are also lovely, and Millie upstairs provided some fab brows too!
I travel over an hour to visit the salon; it is worth every minute!

My hair was feeling dull and in need of some TLC. Came away with gorgeous hair, shinny, healthy looking hair. Nikki is an excellent hair colourist I am never disappointed ????
