Just got back from a haircut with Wayne and it was great. The covid measures are really reassuring and the massage chair is awesome! Will definitely visit again.

Emma was very good and I’m extremely happy with the colours she used

Slightly disappointed. Was in the salon for less than 20 mins start to finish! Was such a quick trim over before I knew it for £36. Also didn’t get the drink I was offered and the glass of water I did manage to get, a man came to pick it up, put his finger in it and then just left it for me, no thanks!

Even when popping in for a complimentary fringe on a busy Saturday, they find the time to fit you in and are always grateful for your choosing their salon

Safe salon, excellent service, great colour & cut. Trained professional & friendly staff who listen to what the customer wants!

Warm welcome, Emma was knowledgeable and a very skillful hairdresser. Very pleased with the result and cup of tea was well received. Great atmosphere! Highly recommended, booked my next appointment whilst in the Salon.

The attention to detail is perfect. The staff are warm and hospitable. Especially the young lady who washed my hair, really very kind abd a credit to the salon.

Spacious, airy salon. Professional ,and welcoming. Reassuring attention to Covid requirements, as indicated on the website. Pleased with my haircut!

First time visiting the salon as was drawn to it by it being cruelty free. Hairdresser was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job with the haircut. Chatting to her was really easy and relaxed- some great topic conversations. Will def be coming back! Great vibe and great products!

I’m currently 36weeks pregnant and Sophie was able to get help from another colleague putting my foils in (I have a lot of hair!) this made the whole process so much quicker and reduced my time seating in the chair. I was very grateful!
Great colour and cut as per usual.

I have been visiting THC for a few years now and everytime I’ve been I always leave feeling Fab. Ash always does a great job on my colour and I hope she never leaves as I don’t think I could find anyone else so good! Prices are pretty normal and the Aveda products I also really enjoy.

This appointment was cancelled and rebooked due to stylist not being available, 2nd appointment cancelled and rebooked due to lockdown. When I arrived I was told I was only booked for a colour, this is absolutely not true, I would never not book a cut and finish. ( have never heard of ‘finish’ that has always been part of any cut/ colour I have ever had) No apologies and no appointment before Xmas made available. I had to leave the salon with roughly dried hair ( I have long very thick hair) in freezing temperatures feeling awful, had to brush my hair the minute I got in the car as it was still tangled and got home feeling totally stressed. I would have thought at least my hair would have been dried and finished even if the salon had made an error and did not have any time to cut. Thoroughly disappointed and don’t think I will return.

Had my regular 8-10 weekly appt with Sophie today for 1/2 head of highlights, cut and blow dry. Decided I wanted to go a shade lighter or brighter or something and Sophie played it just right. So pleased with my lifted look and sleek blow dry - many thanks and happy Xmas!
