Hannah has been tremendous today; styled my new look perfectly and took such a care; money well spent, for sure! Definitely will go back...and fingers crossed that i may have found my new hairdresser!

Maggie listens to what you want and always delivers the hair colour and cut you asked for. On top of this all done using the salon's Aveda products.

I cannot recommend this salon enough, and if your looking for an expert in colour and amazing styling then Jordan is definitely your girl. She always listens to any ideas you have and really knows how you can get the best results from your type of hair. She is a genius! I have never been so happy with my hair - the standard of service combined with the amazing results make this salon such good value for money. Jordan, along with all the staff, is welcoming & friendly at every appointment; they will go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable during your time in the salon. After all my hair appointments with Jordan too, I have been given great advice on aftercare and how to really look after my hair; because of this my hair has been in it’s best condition. I am so grateful to Jordan and the staff at the THC; I really don’t think I could go any place else and leave feeling so happy with my hair. Thankyou! X

My first hair cut since the start of lockdown.
Well I wasn’t disappointed. Firstly Esther did my wash she was bright and chatty and went out of her way to make me feel comfy. Sophie then to over . I’ve been to see Sophie for quite a while now ...... She’s a star.?

First time at THC. Had my hair coloured cut and blow dry with Chynna. Brilliant I love it. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and it’s lovely .

I can’t recommend this salon enough. Jordan was my stylist, very professional and friendly. I wasn’t sure what to do with my hair she listened to what I wanted to achieve but also advised on what would work best for me in terms of colour and cut. I’m extremely pleased with the results. Also I felt completely at ease from a COVID point of view, the salon had taken all necessary precautions to ensure client and staff safety.. Thank you Jordan and THC, a wonderful experience

I have lived in Hitchin for 8 years and can confidently say The Hair Dressing Company is the best hair salon in town. During lockdown I made quite a mess of my hair colour with home dye, which ended up a dull orange. Sophie at THC transformed my hair with a full head of highlights. It looks beautiful and bright, but also natural. I love it!

Over the last 6+years China has always done a super job on every visit. I totally trust her professional opinion from dyeing my hair to cutting my hair 100%

Every time I come in I feel really welcome and the staff always take the time to talk through what I want done, giving their honest opinion when asked. Although it was strange going back to the hairdressers after lockdown, I felt totally safe. I’m so pleased with my cut, it’s better than I imagined, thank you!

I absolutely love this salon. So glad I found it. I've had my hair cut by both Aisling and Sophie and they are fantastic, they do a great cut on my curly hair and leave me walking out feeling a million dollars after a blow-dry!

Very please with the way Hannah cut my hair-she really understands curly hair and listened to what I wanted. A very comfortable experience with plenty of space and well organised re covid. Recommend highly.

Fab place!

I came in today and had a cut and colour with Wayne. I have been to the salon before but this is the first time with Wayne. He made me feel so comfortable. Sometimes having your hair done can be a little stressful but this was not the case today . He really took his time with me and I walked out of the salon feeling a million dollars. Will defiantly be back. Thank you much . X

Chynna did a fabulous job bringing my hair back to health after 2 different coloured Coronavirus homekits left my hair ginger and a right state! Thank you for going the extra mile and making me feel fresh and revitalised !

Wayne gave my daughter a brilliant cut and top perm! He’s correcting the fringe which didn’t curl (I really like it but she really wants it curly) and she is going to look amazing! It’s an edgy look and she nearly wimped out of getting it done but she is so happy she went through with it!

Absolutely love coming to THC hitchin - Chynna has been doing my hair for 6+ years now and she just gets it right every time. Shes so lovely & makes me feel amazing! Super clean & friendly hairdressers :)

I have been visiting THC for a number of years and have always felt welcome and comfortable. Hannah washed, cut and dried my hair today, exactly as I wanted. She was also extremely considerate of my fractured foot on which I had a boot. During Covid I was forced to have a cut and highlights elsewhere- so glad to return here.

Good service, really friendly and cut was fine apart from i asked for my hair to be thinned out and this was not done.

I love coming here. Service from everyone is brilliant. Especially difficult for everyone at the moment. But safety measures were firmly in place.
Sophie is so talented and really takes time to make sure everything is how you want it.

I’ve had Sophie both times I’ve been and she does a fantastic job! She understands what I want and what works with my hair - I’ve come away so pleased both times! If I wasn’t moving away from the area I’d go to her every time I needed a cut.
