It was great to be back and getting my hair done after so long. As usual the service was excellent and all social distancing observed. It was a very good experience and I felt very safe.

As always I received a professional appointment. Excellent social distancing and perfect approach and administering of cross infection cobtrol with no encroachment on clients welfare or wellbeing. Well done thc

Excellent standard of technical work and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Aveda products are lovely. The Post covid salon requirements well thought out and you hardly notice the small changes

Best salon around, staff are really friendly and of course great products!

The Hairdressing company had take good measure to meet new guidance. All staff wearing visors and reduced appointments and staff working , may want to considering wearing masks as well .

As always I show Wayne what I want doing with my short hair & he does a fantastic job. I always take his advice on my colour & am never disappointed.

it was a relief to lose my lockdown mop. Wayne was as usual efficiently set up in well-sanitised premises with distancing properly observed. Shorn of its locks, my head felt quite chilly walking out of the salon.

First haircut since lockdown so was delighted to get such a quick appointment. Wayne and his team have thought of everything in terms of adhering to the new rules so the whole experience was relaxing and my cut and colour were on point as usual.

So lovely to go back for my haircut today and see Jordan at THC’ for my perfect trim and our catch up - the team at THC are more than just there to cut and colour your hair perfectly they are there for the social aspect so may people are missing.

Desperate for a haircut after 18 weeks . Thank you Sophie really pleased with the final result. Took a lot longer than the allotted appointment time (I think) I really appreciate that you didn’t rush it.

I had a new stylist today as my usual stylist has left. The new stylist was very nice. My previous stylist was used to my hair and cut it exactly how I liked it for easy maintenance. It’s always difficult when you have someone new because it takes time for them to get used to your hair and how it behaves. It’s not the best cut I have had but it’s ok. It obviously has been over 3 months since it has been cut too so it had lost its shape.

Jordan is amazing. From 3 years of black box dye to a lovely blonde balayage in 4 months. And my hair is in better condition now than it was before. Told Jordan what I was after and she told me the best way to go about it. She has done an amazing job and left me with EXACTLY what I was after.

Salon welcoming. Elise was very friendly. The wash was gentle but thorough and she blow dried my hair just how I like it. A pleasant salon experience.

Jordan is the best hairdresser!!! Always listens to what you want but also makes suggestions to improve. The young girls who are learning are also great, a bit shy but working hard at being friendly. China is a lovely welcome to the salon - always offering me coffee!!

Have a bit of a phobia about hairdressers. But Chyna actually listened to me, and she dried it lovely, I have curly/frizzy hair. She did a brilliant job.

I enjoyed an excellent experience. The staff are all very friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere in the salon. The hair stylist Chynna is professional with her advice on style and offers an excellent style too.

Wonderful service as always

Sophie was excellent all round; as a stand-in for Wayne when off-sick I need not have worried! Sophie has a delightful personality and was extremely conscientious to ensure that I was happy with colour and hair- length throughout so that I felt that I was in very good hands. Thank you Sophie!

Brilliant colour from Jordan really listened to what I wanted and explained how what I wanted would be achieved.

Ive been coming here for two years now, and with short hair, the cut have to be great not only on the day of cutting, but also for weeks afterwards. and this salon does that perfectly. I took my 10 year old boy here for my first haircut too, and he was well looked after, listened to and left a very happy boy.

Incredibly rude, abrupt and unprofessional service. My
Hairdresser did not bother to even introduce herself when I sat down, rushed through the consultation and barely listened to what I had said. She Cut the front part of my hair far too short even though I had explained I did not want it like that. To top it all off (even though this was not her fault) her hair brush broke as she was blowing drying my hair and the brush part was caught in my hair, and without even an apology or anything said to her colleague ‘omg that was my favourite hairbrush’ and proceeded to huff and puff about it.

I was thoroughly unimpressed and would definitely not recommend to anyone especially if you’re booked in with someone called *****.
