Sophie really took time to listen to what I wanted, lovely colour thank you!

I was pleased with the promot and quick service today. I had had to cancel twice! and so felt bad. Managed to re-book to a convenient time too!

Todays visit was 5 star ? all the way. Thanks Wayne for a smashing cut & blow, I’m really chuffed.

As always, I enjoyed an efficient and friendly service today. Jordan does a very creative job of my highlights talking through everything as she goes along.
An enjoyable experience all round.

Had my hair stripped of the red I had in it 6 weeks ago and it was done really well. This time , when I called to book in I was told I needed a tint regrowth this time and it would cost £35. It transpired I had the colour put through and when I went to pay I was told it would cost £55. This should have been explained before I had my hair done. If that’s what it cost, fair enough, but tell me. The colour wasn’t nearly as good this time. Much too dark. Not impressed when the person washing my hair left me twice to answer the phone. Very unprofessional all round and disappointing after my first visit.

I was unfortunately late for my appointment, I of course apologized, but the staff did everything they could to re schedule my colour for me , they will not compromise other people’s appointments . Maggie my hairdresser came down and spoke to me as soon as I arrived and still gave a consultation before cutting and blow drying my hair.
All the staff at Hitchin are friendly and welcoming and the products they use on everyone are of good quality. You can have a massage chair whilst your hair is being shampooed and I am always offered a beverage and magazines . I can highly recommend this salon in Hitchin.

Sophie was an absolute dream hairdresser - she explained every step of the process, what would be attainable and what wouldn’t. She was polite and professional throughout and her results were just what I wanted. Although my dream hair will take some time and a few more appointments I have every confidence that Sophie will be able to achieve it.

I had a bit of a dodgy hair cut that just wasn’t sitting right - I came here to get this fixed! They did a fantastic job. Listened to everything I said, and advised on what would look best with my hair type. People often find it hard to cut my hair correctly because it’s similar to Afro hair (extremely thick and frizzy)! They made my hair look and feel amazing and we’re so honest and reasonable with their pricing. Will definitely be returning - thank you

Ash did a full head of highlights for me yesterday with a toner and blow dry and the outcome was amazing! She’s so so talented and gave me a lovely salon experience. She thoroughly foiled my hair and spent time doing so, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Will 1000% be returning, ash is definitely the best hairdresser I’ve ever gone to! If you want amazing service and beaut hair definitely book in with her!
