Had a problem with hair and it was sorted out.

Wonderful staff, lovely salon, 5 stars all the way, just fabulous.

Decided to take the plunge and undergo a colour transformation with Sarah G and I'm so glad I did. Sarah took me through the changes and showed me the toners and techniques she would use in much detail. I had 100% confidence I would leave the salon feeling fabulous and I did. My hair colour is unique and beautiful. Sarah never disappoints! Thank you!

I've been having my hair coloured and cut here for years! Sarah is amazing with colour both in her realistic suggestions and her skill on the job! I've had several different stylists over the year and and have no complaints at all. The salon is central for hitchin with good car parking nearby. It's my little escape time so it's important I feel comfortable at my hair salon and I always feel welcome. I'd recommend to my mum except she doesn't live nearby!

I have never been able to manage my hair until Maggie started to cut it I am really pleased with the cut and colour. Just wish it was not so expensive.

I just love this salon - I've been a regular now for around 4 years and always leave with a much improved look and a smile on my face. The stylists are very good at what they do - whether it's Sarah for colour or Jenny with her magic scissors, brushes and hairdryer- both are brilliant professionals and I can't recommend them and their colleagues highly enough. Their advice and expertise is second to none and I'm a very happy customer

I've been attending for nearly a year. Today was my first experience of having a very rude receptionist welcome me by saying 'I was just calling you'. Yes I was about 10 minutes late but if they knew their client well ( and why wouldn't they as both myself and my husband are frequent users) then they would understand how many miles I drive to reach the salon. Working with the NHS is a tough job. I was faced by 3-4 staff members as I walked in- made to feel like a burden. My parting service was just uneventful and forcefully had to make discussion with the colourist. Once she had put the dye on, was left all alone upstairs whilst clearly downstairs there was alot of socialing going on.
After 40 minutes, a different lady came to wash my hair, then took me down. It was the most boring trip to the salon I've ever had! Maybe my money would be best given some place else. Very disappointed with the service. Worse thing is that I can hone and after checking the result, saw that there was no proper coverage as there should've been. That was the icing on the cake! Back to google search for another aveda salon.

I have been coming to THC for a number of years now as Chynna is absolutely amazing! I wouldn't have my hair done anywhere else. All the staff are lovely as well.

I had a cut and finish last weekend and can honestly say my hair has not only never looked so good, but the style stayed right through to the next wash. So today I went back just for the blow dry, brilliant

I had a lovely experience at THC Hitchin today. I was looked after by very pleasant, tentative and capable staff. I left the salon with a nice feeling and with a stunning haircut. What more could I ask for!

Had an appointment yesterday; 23rd August with Jordan at the hair company as my usual stylist Chynna was on holiday. Was very pleased with my hair. Jordan did great job as i know my hair can be a bit if a challenge. As it was my b/day having my hair done was part of my pamper routine for the day before going onto local nail-bar. Is really good to know that i now have 3 really great stylists at the salon who can manage my very curly frizzy hair type & transform it to smoothe plus make me feel beautiful. Thankyou to Chynna, Jordan & Jenny; everyone always very professional.

Jordan listened to my requests and offered her advice based on my hair type resulting in a cut that made my hair look and feel healthier. Loved the massage chairs too! Thank you!
