Francesca has, very kindly and professionally, transformed my badly-cut and coloured hair into a style I feel so much more comfortable and confident with. She has amazing judgement and the skills to bring them to life I would never go anywhere else now.

I’ve been going to THC in Hitchin for many years and have always had excellent treatment . I’m delighted with the colour and Ester is very intuitive and listens to what I want as well as giving good advice . I am a great fan of Avena hair colours and products . I heartily recommend a visit to this gem of a salon besides the picturesque a church of St Mary’s in Hitchin. The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease so you can enjoy being pampered !

I've been coming here for years, they really take the time to understand my hair. Products smell lovely and really work to tame my hair. Recently brought my 11 yr old daughter in for a haircut too and Sophie was great with her.

Hair was beatly done and finished. Not to keen on the assistant bashing my head with the tap each time she used it!!! Sloppy, spikt coffee on my handbag but didn't notice.

Even when you are popping in for your free fringe trim in between colours, the service and professionalism is first class. Just a good all round bunch of people whom demonstrate excellent customer care and service

My visit this morning at 10 am (31st) was not what I was expecting as the atmosphere was unusually flat. With the rare engagement, The hairdresser I had booked, appeared defensive in her tone and in her response to a couple of my comments. To avoid any further discomfort, I remained quiet until she finished. The end result of my blowdry was not great, and I had to ask her to touch up but again felt my request was met with an unwelcome response. In my 40 years of visiting hairdressers, I have never felt this uncomfortable. I felt it was important to write this review, in the hope it will prompt the stylist in question to reflect on her manner with other customers, and demonstrate a bit more pride in her work.

I’ve been going to THC for over 20 years. There’s a reason - this is what you’d expect - high quality hairdressers, too products, great service. Strongly recommend you check out THC Hitchin!

Had my hair tinted and cut yesterday. Sophie was excellent, friendly and helpful. I am really pleased with the result and love going there as it is a great place; restful and calm. A real treat. .

Had my hair cut by Jordan today and as always I left feeling fabulous. Jordan is top of her game and genuinely knows what suits you. Even when my hair grows out the superb cut is still evident.

I’m so thrilled with the haircut Francesca gave me. Francesca gave me great advice on the style I initially wanted, suggesting ways to make the cut more appropriate for my hair type. The result is the most flattering and best haircut I’ve had in years! I love it!

Jordan never disappoints. My hair is looking healthy, bouncy; I couldn’t be happier or more confident leaving the salon today.

Loved my hair cut and the stylist who cut it. The place was super cute and the price is fair. My only comment is that the young person who is clearly in training and who washed my hair was quite rough and quick about it, when this is usually a relaxing and calming experience for the customer. Again, she’s in training so I’m sure she’ll improve!
