After moving to the "south" and going to many salons. I finally found "the one".
Lou colours my hair, and is beyond fabulous. She takes the time to help me choose colours, that work for me, and I leave with exactly what I've asked for. I always feel welcomed, and pleased to be seen.
Don't get me started on the layback massage chairs (while washing hair) and the choice of drinks latte, cappuccino, tea, juice.
Fantastic salon, I always feel like I've a treat to the senses when I leave. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

As ever my stylist Donna knew exactly what I wanted. It's so good to have a hairdresser you trust. I love my trips to the salon, it's great to catch up with the girls and have a good old natter about anything and everything!! They work so hard and always greet you with a friendly smile. :) Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I have never been given bad advice and the quality of skills and service have always been excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. my daughter would come back from New York because nobody does it better to quote a song but it is true. I got a few inches off and a whole head of highlights. I like change whenever I go to the hairdressers and they certainly did that! The girls somehow managed to create what I wanted, even with the poor description I gave! They know what suits the individual and I left feeling confident and ready to show it off! Thank you girls!

Having your hair cut can be daunting - especially when you have challenging (ridiculously thick) hair like mine - but at Toni&Guy I always walk in with confidence and walk out with a smile and a great hair style. Worth every penny, the only disappointment is that the head massages aren't a bit longer! ????????

I go there every 4 weeks and the staff are always welcoming. I leave with fabulous hair.

I’ve been coming to the salon for almost 2 years and now that I have Lou and John doing my hair I couldn’t be happier. Lou does the most fantastic colour and John cuts my hair beautifully, not to mention the great blow dry! They are so friendly and I really feel welcome and at home when I come into the salon. They make the place what it is.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost three years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Hitchin. Not because there aren’t other good salons, but because I like the people and atmosphere here. Always a friendly welcome, and plenty of expertise available.
