I have very fine hair. It was cut into a soft very sort style. Really pleased. Hairdresser was very helpful, giving me advice on what to do with it. My hair ya no gift to a hairdresser and I actually had one refer to it as “your effing hair” once, so I really appreciate a good hairdresser. ????

I have been going to T & G for years and have never had a bad colour from Lou or a bad cut from Donna. I can honestly say that my hair has improved over the years and I would never go anywhere else out of choice . They really are the best

Very pleasant relaxing experience

Everyone was welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. Most importantly Donna the stylist was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, and totally got it. I'm the happiest I've been with my haircut, and salon experience, for a couple of years. I've had bad experiences at some salons including overly critical stylists (I did book the appointment because I knew my hair needed it!) But Donna not only worked with my hair to make it look the best it can, but was also encouraging and gave good advice, and was lovely as well, made me feel very comfortable, and did an incredible job of fixing some things I didn't think could be rectified!

I always book an appointment with Kim when I need my hair done as she always does such a lovely job. She is the only person that cuts my hair exactly how I want. As well as this, the other members of staff were very helpful. For example, a lady was having a hair cut and colour but needed a double appointment and was worried about getting out of the salon to add more money on for parking. The staff had informed her to let them know when the parking was going to run out and they would go and get another parking pass for her car. I really love the T&G salon in Hitchin. It’s always very welcoming and friendly, plus knowledgeable :)

I have been having my hair looked after by Tony and Guy Hitchin for nearly two years. My hair was in terrible condition after too much bleaching. I went to see Sam for a consultation and i have been back ever since.
Fantastic knowledge, skill and customer service skills. My hair is so much healthier and the colour is always amazing.
Great products were recomended for me to use at home.
The staff at the Hitchin shop are always friendly, accommodating and professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my hair cut today. Rianne and her trainer were very thorough and discussed with me what I wanted, showed me pictures, and explained everything. They took great care to get it right. I am very pleased with my new haircut and would recommend Tony and Guy, Hitchin. P.S. the coffees and biscuits were good too!

I have never had a bad haircut at this salon. The staff are always professional and take time and care over my cut. You never feel rushed and I feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended.

I never go in hear and don’t come out happy
They are not after money but making sure your getting what is best for you and they listen

Unfortunately I heard the receptionist swearing more than once. I’m no prude but I don’t go to a hair salon to listen to someone swear.
Receptionist was more interested in sorting out her issues than providing a pleasant experience for the customers that’s for sure.

I love Toni and Guy in Hitchin for many reasons. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and they remember who you are even if you are only there very sporadically like myself! I appreciate this. My stylist Steve is great - friendly, listens to what you want and is willing to adapt as necessary. I have always been very happy with my haircuts and have been attending this salon for over a year now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Best cbd I’ve had is with Steve. He has a brilliant sense of what will look good and achieves it every time.

Lovely cut great service

My usual stylist was not available. So John cut my hair. Very pleased with cut. Took account of what I wanted. Style is wash and go which is exactly what I asked for.
Only negative comment was that I had to wait a while after my appointment time and no one apologised for this.

Got the hair cut I wanted after consultation and it looks great very pleased. You can always rely on T&G for excellent service and styling.
