All the staff here are wonderful, from reception, through to colourists and stylists. Friendly, warm and welcoming - where the customer is the priority and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I've been coming here for several months now and I have always thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the whole ambience and - importantly - the great results of their hairdressing expertise. I wish all the best to the lovely girls at the Hitchin salon..

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. Esther is a god send and Shelly is the bomb.... it’s home from home and I love my visits to the salon!!!
Have a few negative comments but they aren’t enough to stop me coming and certainly nothing to do with either of these two brilliant people!!!

Steve at Toni and Guy in Hitchin gave me the best cut I’ve had in years today. I feel like me again and my hair is just as I wanted it to be after a long time growing it.

Lisa did me a cut and blowdry today and I couldn’t have asked for a better cut, lovely girl as well. I don’t usually go to tony and guy but will definitely come back

Really happy with my hair, I got a lot of advise and support for healthy hair keeping (previously had a perm go wrong it ruined my hair) it was cut beautifully And I honestly would not go anywhere else now. Really friendly bubbly staff as well!

I am a regular client of Anneta’s. Regular is weekly. I am never disappointed. Every 6 weeks Lou does my colour. I am truly a satisfied customer!

I have had a lot of experience of different hairdressers over the years and can honestly say that both the colour and the cut are just the best.

Had highlights lightened a bit more and Lou was great, made a real difference to the colour.
Blow dry and styling very professional and looked great
