I’ve been a loyal T&G customer for years and I always get my hair done by Aneta. She is amazing, extremely talented and fluent in ALL hair types. The staff are professional, friendly and they always make sure you leave happy.

Could not recommend this place enough, if you want a new look, see Aneta, you won’t regret it.

Side note: the precautions for safety is unlike anything I’ve seen, I felt totally safe in regards to the covid-19. The staff take it very seriously.

Received call 2 days before appointment to check for covid. Arrived at salon and given PPE pack. Donna my hairdresser was wearing full PPE. She was cleaning work station when I arrived. Lovely haircut. Felt very safe and well looked after

I’ve been coming to visit Lou for over 3 years now and she has never let me down with a colour. Today was no different. I absolutely love what she’s done with my hair. So natural, just the right about of lights to lift the overall colour. She is a wizard! She’s also so caring and makes you feel so special when you sit in her chair. Coming to see Lou is like therapy for the soul. Thank you so much!

Every time I go into the Toni & Guy salon in Hitchin I am always so impressed with the amount of hard work and effort that has been done to keep their customers safe. They are all on their feet all day and now have to wear uncomfortable visors! They all go beyond the call of duty! Been a Hitchin T&G customer for years. This was my first post lockdown hair cut. Lisa sorted out my hair, made me feel much better. She gave me advice on how to manage my new, rather different style. The salon was well organised too. I was given a sealed bag with disposable mask, gown and towels. Felt safe and pampered. Fabulous!

Steve is great, I’ve had 2 cuts by him now and they’ve both been fab. Listens to what you want and takes a lot of care and attention.

I booked an appointment with an stylist indicated as £47 but I was requested to pay £52 with no reason. This never happened to me in any other Tony&Guy in London.

Excellent treatment as always with Shelly. Thought the measures in place for covid were great and didn’t detract too much from the overall salon experience which was nice.

I did ask ***** to do my style shorter but she only took a little more off. I am finding it very difficult to style my hair & keep it looking good. I have used ***** several times before & have always been very happy. Now I dont know what to do as dont feel I can pay another £63 to sort it out. Also for the future what do I do now? I don't want to get ***** into trouble as she is always so nice am just so disappointed as my hair isnt looking good. I have tried putting mouse in it to make the style hold but the simple fact is it's just too long

I wasn't really sure how I could make my hair look better but Samantha did an amazing job! I'm really happy with my new look! I will come back next time!
