Fab colour as always by Sam! The new safety measures were good, I had my own sealed pack with a gown, towels etc, each station was cleaned in between clients, staff all were visors in line with guidelines. I wore a face mask which staff were happy to work around.

I was really impressed with all the measures Toni & Guy Hitchin have put in place after lockdown. The salon was immaculate and every stylist has their own area. I felt safe but I also felt I had the usual Toni & Guy welcome and treatment. My colourist Sam was fab suggesting new colours and showing me samples. I went from grown out blond to warmer darker tones. Donna B was great and filled me with confidence to go from below shoulder length to slightly shorter but with a dramatic new full fringe. I love it all and feel myself again. I couldn’t recommend Sam, Donna and all the team at Toni & Guy Hitchin enough.

Having been 7 months since my last cut (thanks Covid-19)... my hair had been thinned out at home badly and was a dreadful mess. I now feel refreshed and look tidy. What more could a woman want?

Delighted to be back in the salon . Lou , Sam , Esther and all the staff made me feel so welcome . They have made all the adjustments to a very high standard. As always I was very happy with my treatment

I had my hair coloured a few days ago but the colour didn’t take (I chose one that was too light), and without a second thought, Savanna redid it as a slightly darker shade and it looks amazing!

A hair appointment is suppose to leave you feeling on top of the world but my experience has left me very sad and this is the first time ever I’ve felt like this in all the years I’ve been coming to this salon .
The experience has left me underwhelmed even though my hair colour by Lou was great as always the events which followed left me feeling very deflated , upset and as I’m reflecting on the situation very annoyed .

So good to be back in the chair and catch up with my fav colour tech x loving her work as always xxx

Well as usual Aneta wonderfully styles my hair. Always makes me feel so much better about myself.
Got to congratulate Lou and team. You truly have done a remarkable job in transforming the salon to make a safer environment for staff and customers. I was so impressed with the overall look.

It was so lovely to see Lisa again, even though I hardly recognised her behind the PPE visor! My hair has grown so much in 5 months, but thanks to Lisa’s skilful cutting it still looked ok. Nevertheless it was amazing to get it restyled and felt like such a treat. Thank you!

Needed a good cut after lockdown. Good safety precautions in place. Donna did a lovely cut. Really happy.

Shelly is such a lovely person, always so professional & an amazing colourist. She keeps my long blonde hair looking perfect & I always get so many compliments about my hair when she highlights it.

Great cut Bd colour with Donna and Sam.

Well done for the operation in difficult times. The one criticism would be - add an A frame at the door to let customers know they are meant to wait outside until called in. You did send an email but it came too late - 50 mins before my appoibtnent - so I didn't see it. When I was called I was asked health screening questions but not told what to expect on arrival. But really you did well. Professional and reassuring.

As usual a warm welcome from reception on arrival. Aneta was ready for my appointment and we had a good chat about what she was going to do, even though my style doesn't change.
Aneta always is cheerful and any query or worry is dealt with in a non-patronising manner.

This is the best haircut I have ever had, I’ve gone from really long to a short cut and I’m over the moon with it, Aneta is lovely and knows her stuff ?

So very helpful and honest, no question I will be returning to Lisa to cut my hair. She explained what she was going to do and why, very happy with the outcome . Excellent service.

I've been a few times and Lisa is great at understanding my (wavy and thick) hair and what I'm after! I also love the massage-head and chair- aspect of the hair wash with the assistant beforehand. Great atmosphere and always sets me up feeling great for the weekend!
