Lovely hair cut

Amazing lady, great haircut and friendly chat. How can my diminishing hair keep the full attention of a stylist for an jour baffles me. But fun it was.

Every time I come for my colour by Sam I always leave very happy!

I went into the salon with an image of the style and colour I wanted and was advised of the best stylist and colourist for this choice. I booked and awaited my appointment with both excitement and nerves!
The colour was done first with Laura who took time to find the exact shade and discussed each with knowledge.
I plumped for a rich Red Auburn rather than a copper red shade.
After this was done and washed off, Aneta took over with the cut.
I wanted a sleek bob with a graduated neck and a blunt chunky fringe.
I got exactly what I asked for with precision and expertise.
Ladies, I am over the moon with my transformation and feel like the real me is back... the chameleon I am.

I went into Toni and Guy today to have all of my hair chopped off. Aneta styles my hair and she was amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she totally provided exactly that style. I’m am so pleased with it. She was absolutely brilliant. As were all the staff there. I even had my picture taken. Thank you so much. X

Kim is really lovely, but unfortunately I wasn't over the moon about my cut and style.

I asked for a big bouncy blow, and although she styled it really nicely, there was nothing big or bouncy about it at all, so I had to restyle it home. The layers around my face were also uneven and more choppy than usual.

I also had trouble with the online booking system. When I called up the day before to confirm there was no recollection of my booking at all. Luckily there was space for the same time, but thank goodness I rang to confirm!

I would recommend the more junior members of staff as I have been happier with my previous cuts with them and they are much better value (and just as lovely!).

I enjoyed my experience at the salon today, everyone was pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Kim was very professional, friendly and helpful and my hair looked and felt so much better. I would not hesitate in recommending. Top class service - thank you!! My 18 year old daughter also had her hair cut by Kim later this afternoon and she was very happy too!

Lovely cut and great stylist

I was pushed for time today as I had to get a poorly car to the vet and Lisa bent over backwards to help me. She got me out quicker than planned and with lovely results. Thank you!
