I have been twice now to have my haircut at the Hitchin branch (after Stevenage shut down). Very happy with how Lisa has cut my hair. During your consultation she listens to what you say, offers her own opinion and also gives good advice. The salon has a nice feel to it and everyone makes you feel welcome. Will definitely visit again.

Turned up on off chance of appointment. Staff friendly and professional, Donna discussed her ideas fully and at no time did it feel rushed. Creative and left with a completely new look. Will be back and would recommend based on todays experience.

My stylist took her time and was very thorough cutting my hair
She styled it just the way I wanted it , regularly asking me if I was happy.
The apprentice who washed my hair was also polite and thorough.
All together , very happy with the result.

Aneta is always very attentive - nothing is too much trouble. Great head massage when she washes my hair too. Her cut is always reliable and my style is maintained from one cut to the next. I’m growing my hair out now and was given good advice about how to do this : this left me feeling confident about the change. Great stylist! Only complaint is the music - please change it to reflect your wider clientele- perhaps ask them what they would like to listen to while having their hair cut as it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience. No complaints whatsoever though about Aneta.

Had cut & colour with Donna & Lou. Changed it about today and am very pleased with the results. Louise added subtle hints of red to the blonde and Donna finished off with a well needed fab cut.

Being in the unfortunate position of having thin fine hair I always treat salon visits feeling slightly uncomfortable and self conscious , however today’s visit to Hitchin changed that. I was welcomed warmly and treated well at every stage. Kim listened , empathised and made valued suggestions on how to style my hair and I can honestly say I was soon at ease. I left with a style I am very happy with and will definitely return .

I LOVE it ????

My long layers hadn’t been cut for six months and were in desperate need of an overhaul. First stop was with Laura, the lovely colour technician, who got rid of my grey roots and lifted the ends to give a richer tone to my dark hair. Then John gave it a good cut with more definition in the layers. I felt very pampered and I love the new look.
