First visit to Toni and Guy. The lovely Lou organised me a last minute appointment with Donna and I found the whole experience great.. Loved the massage chair and drinks menu. Donna knew exactly what my hair needed and discussed with me.
Lovely team, welcomed my dog and look forward to heading back next time and will definitely be back. Enjoyed watching the TV screen with tips and excerpts from London Fashion Week.

Very friendly atmosphere, staff are chatty and my mocha was LUSH! Salon is very clean and tidy without feeling too clinical...
I shaved my head for Macmillan last year and have (shamefully!) been cutting my own hair.. so this was my first ‘proper’ haircut in over a year. Lisa listened to my story and what I was trying to achieve by myself and smashed it out of the ball park! I am over the moon happy with my new do, it is so much better than I had expected it to be and much easier to style now too. I feel (and look!) awesome! Lisa you are a gem... thank you!

As always a fabulous treat and friendly welcoming relaxing environment. Lou is always amazing, totally magical, going above and beyond to create exactly what you need. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, and am so glad I don't have to drive the 300 miles home anymore to my old trusted hairdresser! Since having my hair done by Lou for the last few years, it's become lush, long and now a funky fun colour too. I'm 100% confident to say "do whatever you think will look great" and know I'm going to leave with a smile on my face and a bounce in my step. Katy did a fabulous wash while I felt the weeks stresses dissolving under the massage chair, before a lovely wavy blowdry, while sipping a latte. I can't say enough good things about this salon, or the staff. If in doubt, or in need of some hair therapy get yourself to Hitchins best salon =)

I knew my hairs are in good hands even the hair wash before the cut was really nice ,just told her what i want and she did it better then i thought...i am always very happy and satisfied with the service.

Listened to what I wanted and put me ease.

Impossible brief executed perfectly. I have short hair but want to grow it. So how much to cut? Aneta made a good job of cutting but not obviously shortening the overall length.

Excellent service as always and Savanna has done a wonderful job once again. I'm delighted with my colour!

Absolutely great cut! My only negative is that my t shirt and Cardigan both got wet during the hair wash! That's the only negative point I have to say otherwise Lisa's attention to detail for the cut was excellent

I have never been disappointed. Aneta is brilliant Stylist, for me it’s always about the cut and how it is to manage over the forthcoming weeks/months, hence my time delay between visits. All staff welcoming, helpful and polite. I do find it a little pricey, but for the reasons above. I have been a returner for a number of years.

Jon took a thoughtful and meticulous approach to my hair. Really paid attention to what I wanted and gave such good advice. Really appreciated it! Will definitely come back to him!

Steve is a lovely friendly character who understood exactly what I wanted and cut my hair just how I like it. It was my second cut with Steve and I will certainly choose him again.

I entered the salon with multi coloured hair ( grey, faded top of head which was orange-ish & really dark ends due to home dyeing ?), I left the salon with beautiful natural brown hair with very subtle highlights. Laura was fantastic, obviously really cared & her eye for detail was superb. I would highly recommend.?
