Today I had my colour done with Daniel and then Ilana blow dried my hair. The atmosphere in Radlett is so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and see Gemma and Ryan. They done my roots and messed up my hair. They did my root black colour, while the rest of the hair is light brown. I had to go back to lighten the roots, but they couldn't fix it. Will never go back

I love going to the hob salon in radlett, the staff are always smiling and laughing and really friendly, I had a full head of highlights and cut and blow dry today and I'm very happy as always, Grace did my cut and blow dry and I love it. Awful experience, I went on a Sunday and it was like being at a teenage slumber party and I was the odd one out and an inconvenience.
Subjected to staff loudly chatting about boy drama and suggestions of how to compose a message.
Not offered a cup of tea, when I asked they said yes and it never arrived.
Colourist didn’t even bother to check the colour before washing out or after rough dry. Zero interest in whether I was happy with it or not (as it happens, I was very happy with the colour and price)
When asked if I wanted a blow dry, I asked how much…”errr £30-something pounds”.
When she finished drying my hair she just said…do you want to follow me to the till, no comment on my hair or whether I was happy or “when you’re ready”….
I sound like a moany old women, but really I’m just someone who wants a decent level of customer service - not even good, bang average would be better than what I experienced.

Came tor a blow dry, the salon was completely empty, with no staff or customers. Now I understand why! Booked with Paris but got a juniour who put two handfuls of product in my hair, didn’t even ask me how I wanted it blowdried. Afterwards hair looked flat and dry, no shine to it. I specifically asked for volume several times, as could see that it didn’t look good. I had to rewash it and blow dry again when I got home. Will not be going back.
