Listened to what I wanted, & cut my hair to how I asked her.

I rang last week to try and book an urgent appointment for a tint, Brazilian. Before lockdown. The receptionist took my details and said they would make it happen. She rang about 10 mins later to say I could see Daisy on Wednesday at 9am for my tint then Kanika for the Brazilian and blow dry. Excellent experience all around

Excellent experience. They were quite busy with impeding lockdown and there was a mix-up with my booking but they sorted it within minutes and saw me at the pre-booked time. I have scalp psoriasis and have felt uncomfortable in some hairdressers but here it wasn’t an issue at all and I felt comfortable. Great shampoo and excellent attention to detail when cutting. Very pleased with my haircut.

I Always look forward to seeing Kanika with her big smile and personality. She can turn any bad day into a smile. She gets me and gets my hair. And I always feel confident that I will leave feeling better - Kanika your the best

I was disappointed this time. Two stylists were wearing visors but not masks & one junior had on a mask but it didn’t cover her nose.

Despite difficult times the staff have taken every precaution to keep everyone as safe as possible. A warm greeting awaits you and a gorgeous hairstyle is always a great boost to my mood. Thank you Richard.
