Charged a surcharge for an extra service I I didn’t ask for and the hairdresser took it upon herself to give me. Blow dry has dropped out already. Not enough movement of the hairdryer, so experienced frequent burning on the scalp.

Everything was great except when my colour was washed off. The young girl who washed my hair gave me a bath too!. Not funny really. I told her it was running down my neck but she ignored me. She needs more training. My colour was really good.

From the moment I entered the salon, there were smiles and welcomes from everyone at the front desk. My coat was taken and Jess kindly took me to meet Gemma, my stylist. I explained what I wanted and Jess then gave my hair a shampoo and massaged in the conditioner. So relaxing. The time taken checking the pressure, the temperature etc just made me feel very special. Gemma and I talked the whole way through my hair being cut and coiffured and at the end, the result was exactly what I had asked for. It's rare to find someone who immediately gets what you're after, but Gemma totally got the description I had given her. Overall, yes, I'll definitely be returning. Gemna was so friendly as were the rest of the team. I was made to feel valued and welcomed... see you in a few weeks ❤️

Lovely cut as always.
I would if preferred to have been advised when booking a weekend appointment that prices for juniors are not at the reduced rate on a weekend as would have chosen a weekday appointment at a later date. Price was £45 instead of the usual £35 that we usually pay for both our boys.
It was abit if a shock to be honest as too late after the cut has been done. Really should have been advised before hand.
