Stylist is great and got my colour spot on last time. Unfortunately, on this occasion the colour of the highlights is not what I asked. I showed her a photo of the colour I wanted and kept on saying I want to be platinum. The colour is not great and is so dull that I’m hating it.
My colour on my hair before the service which cost me just under £200, was better than what I’ve now got.

Richard has been cutting my hair for over 15 years! That should say enough, but the fact that my HoB experience has has got better and better year after year really says something about the HoB team’s commitment to quality of service and excellence in their profession. Richard was very helpful with helping me choose a new hair style. He really took the time to explain what would & wouldn't work best with my particular hair type/density (very fine & fly away), along with styling every day myself at home and how best to go about it. As always, I left the salon with my hair looking fantastic. I've since washed & styled it myself & am really pleased with what he's managed to achieve for me, due to the carefully skilled cut that he's created, enabling me to successfully manage & style it myself too!
