I booked for color , hair cut and blow dry, they put me in a chair for hours after color , have to leave the hairdresser with wet hair after being in there for 3.5 hours, absolutely horrendous service, color is so dark and horrible, do better job myself .

Happy with my hair, nice and well needed tidy up and pleased with the result : ) had such a lovely girl doing it for me too, she clearly knows her stuff and I felt In good hands with her! The salon was busy and buzy, good atmosphere, everyone clearly working so hard!!!
Only downside for me was I was totally ignored the whole time while the stylist chatted away to a friend in the chair next to me.. I was literally just a head in a chair, it was like I wasn’t even there. I know this wasn’t intentional or personal but I walked out feeling pretty rubbish : ( plus side it was nice and quick so was in and out well within the hours free parking ??

Had a fab time at HOB today with Friday banter. Lovely laugh with cheeky receptionist who always so cheerful and lovely. My blowdry today at 10.30 (Sunday 29 Jan) was brilliant.. I didn’t recognise the young girls name on the list so couldn’t select it. She was brilliant at understanding exactly how I wanted it blow dried and did a superb job. Hopefully with the date & time yuu can work out who she was.
