Since moving to HOB Radlett, I’ve had more compliments about my hair. Daisy did the most fabulous Balayage. She s lifted my hair from dull and over processed ( by home colouring) to lively and healthy looking hair. Thank you Daisy

Love having my hair done here. Seen to quickly not left waiting around. Staff friendly and efficient. As always Richard does my hair perfect! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Richard makes you feel welcome, finds out what you want and does the job well. He’s got a good “chair side” manner!

I went in the salon with dead, frizzy hair just looking awful. Paris worked her magic have me a whole new style and my hair feels and looks amazing! Paris is a top stylist and I always go back to her, highly recommended! Very friendly, happy and trustworthy with your hair.

Tonight I was charged £47 for a cut and blow dry for my teenage daughter, and yet when I made the appointment, I was told it would cost me £37, to which I agreed. I am very disappointed that Hobs did not keep to their word, and that trust has been undermined. You have customers for whom £47 is nothing, but for a single mother like me, it is quite a lot of money, and as a customer, it is a basic expectation that you keep to your word.

My stylist was Charlotte and she was very helpful, but it felt like my whole experience was very rushed, the salon was over crowded and it did not feel like a nice relaxed experience as you would expect.

Gemma is excellent and when Stephen left Mill Hill and needed my hair cut the receptionist recommended Gemma and have been travelling from Mill Hill to Radlett ever since - good to see you have not put your prices up like so many other businesses - well done

Kanika has been styling my hair for many years and is honestly the best stylist I’ve ever had. She’s collaborative and listens to what I want every time. She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with the outcome. I would 100% recommend her!
