Everyone is very attentive, starting with a friendly welcome, soothing wash and special treatment, love the head massage and Fran cuts and styles my hair brilliantly, always happy to let me sit and read Vogue in silence whilst she blow drys away - I feel fresh revitalised and happy to face the day! thank you Sx

I was recommended this salon by my sister who is a regular. I have had a wonderful experience at the salon today and am truly blown away. I am extremely impressed with Debra’s systematic approach to dying my hair. The hobs team is extremely organised and efficient, they all work so collaboratively like a well oiled machine, with different staff members covering different areas. I will be back, and cannot believe I didn’t change salons sooner! Extremely impressed! Credit to the manager Claire x

I had cut and blow dry with Rebecca. She was great with listening to what a wanted. Before she cut the length she double checked what I was happy, I’ve never had this from a hairdresser before!
The cut and finish left me feeling wonderful.
Also Rosie who washed my hair did a great job and the head massage was amazing!
Will definitely be back !

I love going to HOB to get my hair done. Lovely clean salon, friendly atmosphere and Francesca always takes her time on the cut and blowdry. Never feels rushed and always leave feeling happy.

My son, myself and my husband are clients of Francesca for many years. She is a super hairdresser and a very friendly person. My son had 100 different hair style ideas that Francesca could make it exactly how he wanted. Definitely recommend.

I really like the salon and had been their client for many years, as well as my son and my husband. Last time I went to refresh my roots. Chloe rushed to get the job done without asking the right questions. She has assumed that I wanted dark roots when I wanted highlights. Chloe didn’t apologise but instead argued that it was my fault not explaining very well what I really wanted. She did try to recover my hair in the end but the result was much darker that I would have hoped and the mood was spoiled. Will not be back for her.

Amazing stylist, really understands people and how to care for them. The lady who washed my hair was amazing too, fabulous massage and very attentive.

The service was amazing,I loved my hair colour and Debra did an excellent job at colouring my hair .
As this was the very first time I had ever had my hair coloured she made me feel very comfortable and talked through the procedure.
I will definitely be returning there again.

Walked in feeling a bit grunpy and frumpy but just 45 minutes later glided out transformed into feeling fantastic and fabulous all courtesy of Fran and her magic skills. Loved it (and she has THE best seat for people watching!)!!
