Had a really good colour and cut by 2 of the nicest people who as I am elderly they always make me feel so welcome and never uncomfortable at their saloon I hope they get recognised for the excellent service they give thank you Kenny for the colour and Sarah for the lovely cut well done

Booked an appointment, got a shock when it cost 50% more than usual.

Hair-up was good and what I asked for. Thought it was expensive however. Also, my stylist stopped mid-way to give someone else a fringe-trim, then proceeded to chat to them. I was in a bit of a rush, so had to ask another girl in the salon to tell her I needed to leave at a certain time. My stylist came back over to finish my hair-up straight away, but was frustrated that I had to ask her.

On a positive, as it was the royal wedding they gave me cake and a glass of fizz.

Today I went in to Toni and guy on the off chance that may have a free appointment luckily they did and I was told by the receptionist about extra booster treatments which was really helpful as my hair is really long and prone to dryness and frizz I had my hair washed and was given a lovely head massage. I then had a consultation with Sophie who was very professional and really listened to what I said but to be honest I'm not the best at explaining what I would like however she knew exactly what to do and did an amazing cut for me and it was just what I wanted I am so happy with it and she did not take too much of the length like I asked and she put in the shape that I needed. I will definitely not be going anywhere else as Toni and guy always deliver and are a pleasure to visit. Thanks again to Sophie I can honestly say I've never been this happy with a hair cut and style before and she was very friendly and attentive.

Always a pleasure to have my hair cut and styled by Carla - she is fantastic and knows exactly what to do to make my fine hair bounce! Each time I visit, I’m warmly greeted and looked after by Rose and the team who clearly take pride in the salon as it is always spotless. I’ve recently introduced my mum to them and she loves her new hair too; her only disappointment is that she lives in London so won’t be able to come in as regularly as me!

I had a hair cut today. My stylist was Sophie. She is fantastic. You would think getting a short hair cut for women is easy. It really isn't. I've gone to a number of hair saloons in st albans, where I was not happy with my hair style and have walked out in tears. . Sophie undertook a consultation where she discussed what would suit me and what I would like. The style is also on trend. She is so professional and really puts you at ease. The cut was great and I M so happy with it. I am now a regular customer. Thanks to Sophie. The team are so friendly and with a relaxed atmosphere you feel at home. Thank you guys.

After going to many a London hipster salon - I much prefer the chilled, friendly vibe here.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this branch - the team are so friendly & accomodating, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.

I had great colour recommendations today from Rob, felt very safe with his choice of colours & my hair colour looked amazing.

I have been having my hair done at Toni & Guy for a few years now and every time is a pleasant experience. From washing to the final cut, you are made to feel special. The staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend a visit to Toni & Guy in St. Albans.

On-time Appointment, really friendly staff and importantly a great hair cut

I booked online for a morning appointment but unfortunately the stylist was already running half an hour late.
She seemed a bit disorganised and unwell. I had to move chair midway through the cut as she could not see with the light.
I had about 4 inches cut off but there was no shape, style or layering- just a straight blunt cut- for £60, felt a little bit cheated to be honest as I always get a warm response & feel welcome & always leave the salon feeling great.
I’ve been coming here for years & just thought I would try a new stylist as my usual one was not available.
Disappointed.

I'm a really fussy guy when it comes to my hair so I'm always a little nervous about getting my hair cut . I always come out with a smile on my face and feel me again after a Fresh hair cut but thats only ever at Toni & Guy's ! The staff are amazing and friendly , Always a pleasure and satisfaction guaranteed ")

The people here are friendly and the skills excellent. Corinna and Jade both cut brilliantly and Robert is fantastic as colourist.

My first contact was by phone with Kenny - who was so lovely, he gave me the confidence to make an appointment.
After discussing with Robert ( another warm and welcoming young man) where and how the colours were to be placed - an art form in itself!
Carla (stylist) joined the consultation, asking me what ideas I had, listened and understood; she made her own suggestions, which is what I wanted.
If that wasn't enough, while the colours were developing Carla and Robert were talking about the style. She showed me a couple of pictures - the result was amazing!
